Excellent hotel! Spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully designed rooms with modern decor. The lobby has a fresh, stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of choices. A perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness and contemporary style. Highly recommended!

Loved this hotel. Can a coffee machine and water station be THAT important? Well, the lobby area is charming, with a very nice outdoor garden as well. It was so nice to get coffee when it suited me, hot from the machine, at no extra charge. The water bottle filling station was also a bonus. The lobby was cozy and a nice place to hang out. Modern, well lit rooms. The evening light setting was a bit weird in that it softly lights not only the bathroom but also the bedroom, and there's no way to light only the bathroom. Nice staff, welcoming, good location. Absolutely would stay here again.

We've stayed at Puro Kazimierz for just one night, but the location is perfect. Located just a 10 minutes walk from the old synagogue. The room (silent, since it was facing the inner yard and not the train tracks) was clean, modern and well decorated. We unfortunatelly arrived late so we had no chance to try the spa and gym. The breakfast buffet was a good mix between polish classics and international-modern. Room service was good and the food at the restaurtant tasted a lot like very high quality!

A Wonderful Stay — Exceptional Comfort and Thoughtful Hospitality! We had a wonderful stay at PURO Kraków Kazimierz! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable! The breakfast was lovely, and we particularly appreciated the convenient coffee and tea station by the lobby. It was a great little spot to relax, recharge our devices, and refill our water bottles before heading off on our Auschwitz-Birkenau tour that morning. It’s these thoughtful little touches that really make a difference when travelling. The hotel has a stylish, contemporary atmosphere, and its location in Kazimierz makes it a great base for exploring Kraków. A heartfelt thank you to the entire PURO team for the warm hospitality and making us feel so welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Kraków. Front desk was also very helpful to give me instructions for getting to the local convenience store during our late check in for water and food. Thank you very much

The rooms, beds, temperature, pillows, and everything was very comfortable. The service was wonderful and personal. The sauna was hot and available. The location was great (not in downtown but close enough and everything we needed was walkable including train station to Auschwitz.) We really really like our stay In Krakow at the Puro Kazimierz. And the breakfast was excellent.

Cannot fault the hotel...all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food and the cocktails were amazing and your room is cleaned every day ( very comfortable bed, too). Can highly recommend.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location in the former Jewish Quarter. The tram is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and is easy to use. My room was very nice and comfortable. I was near the elevator, which can be problematic in some hotels, but not here. The elevator doors glide smoothly and make no noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted warmly and they made me feel at home. They happily answered questions, offered recommendations for places to eat. The breakfast, which can be included or purchased separately or on an as needed basis, was outstanding. If I return to Kraków, I will choose this hotel again.

Excellent hotel very well located. You can walk to the old town while the Jewish quarter is just few minutes away. Great service. Great vibe. Excellent breakfast (little noise on weekends). One part of the hotel is looking at the railway with number of trains passing so ask for a room at another part of the hotel if you enjoy no noise.
