This hotel was fantastic. It's in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and the shopping centre, making it very convenient. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, and all of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here

This is the first time I've given a glowing review for a hotel I stayed at in Europe, and Puro Hotel truly earned it. It's among the best hotels we've ever checked into, if not the best, thanks to its excellent location and warm, helpful staff. Complimentary coffee is served in the lobby, and the staff kindly told us about a free two-hour guided tour of the Old Town, the area's main attraction. Without hesitation, I'm giving it 5 stars.

A very good hotel with stylish 70s-inspired rooms. We had a suite on the 6th floor which was spacious, quiet and quite well appointed with one exception - very limited storage. We know that this is the trend at the moment to increase living space and cut housekeeping costs, but no full-length hanging space, ‘wardrobes’ without doors and nowhere for outerwear is ridiculous.|Staff were very friendly and helpful, a good breakfast buffet and bar, excellent transport links right opposite the main railway station. |Please, please, please fix the storage issue.

Everything perfect especially the bed is very comfortable compared to other 4/5 star hotels. Nice location, very close to the central station. The reception people were nice in general but we did have a moment of bad feelings when checking in: we were trying to figure out all the info on the tablet and the girl at the reception asked very impatiently whether everything was ok; I explained I was looking at the options re pillows etc. and she said those were for regular guests (we are not their regulars of course) which felt a bit wired.

I spent one night end of July 2026 in this four star hotel conveniently place across the street from the central station. The hotel has a convenient garage where your stuff is well protected. The clean rooms are on the small side but feature everything you really need, like excellent beds, bed linen and good showers. Breakfast is up to the hotel star rating. Service is discrete. Good value for money even in high season.

The hotel is splendid overall, with an excellent location. It’s just a few steps from the Central Railway Station, which makes it extremely convenient if you’re arriving from Warsaw and then heading to Vienna. At the same time, the historical city center is only a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a large shopping mall right next door. The rooms are quite small and have a rather unusual lighting system. However, the biggest drawback is the bathroom, which is separated only by matte glass walls. Sound travels very easily, so privacy is limited. If you’re planning a romantic getaway, this can quickly become awkward. The view from the rooms varies greatly. I was lucky to get a beautiful outlook over a monastery garden, complete with a charming church tower and colorful flowers. Unfortunately, such rooms seem rare — I’d estimate only about 10% of the rooms offer this view. Many rooms face the nearby mall, with a wall just 20 meters away. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff is well-trained, professional, and clearly understands hospitality. The only minor disappointment was the breakfast, which offered a rather limited selection. There was no porridge available, and despite mentions in other reviews of an à la carte breakfast menu option, we were not offered this during our stay.

The accommodations were top notch. The convenience of the hotel across from the Krakow mall and bus and train service was extremely convenient for traveling. Our corner room was spacious and very modern. Would highly recommend this hotel. Jakob the bartender was very professional and a lot of fun to talk with. You can tell he loves bartending.

The Puro Hotel is quite simply one of the most guest-friendly hotels I have ever experienced. Throughout my stay, not a single wish was left unfulfilled. From the very first moment, the team at reception, especially Zuzanna, Leon and Paulina, made every guest feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Their professionalism, warmth and willingness to help set the tone for an exceptional stay. The same can be said for the wonderful team in the breakfast and dining areas. Laura, Anastazja, Emilia, and all their colleagues consistently delivered outstanding service with a smile, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere every day. A special mention also goes to Jakub, the bartender. A true gentleman and a passionate professional, he took the time to explain the art of mixing drinks and shared his expertise with great enthusiasm. If you visit Puro Hotel, make sure to stop by the bar and say hello to Jakub. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeping team, including Karolina, who came to the rescue on several occasions when urgent assistance was needed. Their attentiveness, efficiency and kindness did not go unnoticed. The people at Puro Hotel are what make this place truly special.
