We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Bonerowski Palace Hotel and were genuinely impressed from beginning to end. The location is exceptional, right in the heart of Kraków and perfectly placed for exploring the city. It was wonderful to be so central while still enjoying the comfort and elegance of such a beautiful hotel. Our suite was exceptionally spacious, beautifully appointed and equipped with everything we could have wished for. It was immaculate throughout, and the housekeeping team maintained an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness every day. The attention to detail really made a difference. The staff deserve a special mention. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. The level of service was outstanding without ever feeling intrusive, and we always felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The breakfast was exceptional — beautifully presented, delicious and with an excellent selection. The service was also first-class, which made breakfast a real highlight of our mornings. Overall, this was a truly memorable stay. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, superb location, spacious and immaculate accommodation, outstanding staff and excellent service made it a hotel we would be very happy to return to. We would highly recommend the Bonerowski Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a special stay in Kraków. We will definitely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bonerowski Palace is located in the main Old Town square and is a great base to go exploring all over. The staff were brilliant and very helpful, took us to our room and ensured our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The atmosphere was very calming.|The rooms were brilliantly equipped, plenty of storage space and amenities including dressing gowns,toiletries and air conditioning. The only downside was 2 single beds and not a double but thats luck of the draw. |Value for money was excellent, staying in Krakow for 3 nights with breakfast included including flights was only £900. With this being a 5 star hotel that is great value for money. The rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel and little to no noise heard throughout. |Breakfast was also amazing with all you can eat continental aswell as ordering from a hor menu. Definitely recommend staying here.

The staff are amazing, our room was stunning, and you can’t beat the location! Amenities were lovely and on Thursday nights they have a live Chopin concert on the 1st floor! It’s such a beautiful hotel.

A beautiful, incredibly unique hotel right on the Krakow Old Town Square. The views are amazing, though the rooms themselves are a bit dated if you aren't into that older style. My biggest complaint was the spa — I had the absolute worst massage of my life. I'm pretty sure the masseuse thought I was a leper with how she touched me. It's a great place to stay, just don't book a massage.

Our stay here was absolutely charming. The hotel location couldn’t be more perfect, the rooms are beautiful, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If we ever return to Poland, we would stay here again without a doubt. The only minor issues we experienced were with the room temperature. We both woke up feeling too hot during the night, and even after turning the heating down it didn’t seem to help, although this may have been user error on our part. Additionally, the in-room booklet stated that breakfast started at 7:30am, so we booked an 8am pickup for our tour to allow time to eat. Unfortunately, we were told by the restaurant staff that breakfast did not begin until 8:30am. This was a bit frustrating, as we had to quickly find an alternative place to eat at extra cost after already paying for breakfast. On a positive note, the hotel breakfast is delicious and the coffee is excellent. The gentleman serving us was absolutely charming and could not do enough for us, which really reflects the wonderful attitude of all the staff we encountered. Thank you!

Ooo what a treat! Gorgeous, quiet room in the heart of the old city, right on the main square. We couldn't have chosen better. Plus we had super friendly service from receptionists and concierge. We would most definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We just stayed 8 nights in Polish 5 star hotels, including 4 nights at this hotel. Polish 5 star properties would probably be 4-4.5 star in Western Europe. This hotel is smack in the middle of an extremely touristy area. We didn’t like it at all but other people might actually prefer it. The first hotel I encountered that had no umbrellas and it rained for two days. Overall we would not stay here again if we were to go to Krakow again.

We stayed at Bonerowski Hotel with our 1.5-year-old and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating and caring — when our room had some issues, they quickly helped us switch to a different one without any hassle. The location is amazing, and the whole place felt genuinely toddler-friendly. We’d happily stay here again with our little one!
