Had a great experience thanks to Wanie’s excellent service at the front desk. After a long drive, I was really tired, so I truly appreciated her help in arranging an early check-in. Unfortunately, I experienced an issue with a smelly room shortly after checking in. Wanie handled the situation very quickly and efficiently, arranging a room change and even upgrading me to another room. Her prompt response and willingness to assist really made a difference. Thank you, Wanie, for the great service and for making my stay much more comfortable. Excellent front desk service!

Had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even better—thank you so much to the hotel team for that thoughtful gesture! One area for improvement would be the hot water, as the temperature was a bit inconsistent during our stay. For guests who may need extra time before departure, late checkout may be available depending on room availability, so it's worth checking with the staff. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service. I would happily recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.

We stayed at Meliá Hotels International and overall it was a very nice and relaxing experience. The room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious. Location also very good, because it is inside a mall. Very convenient lah—easy to find food, shop and walk around without going far. The swimming pool was a nice bonus. The kids really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun there. Also want to give a special mention to Jasmine and Bella. Both of them were very friendly and helpful， made our stay feel more welcoming. One small thing we really liked was the nice smell of the shampoo provided in the bathroom. Simple but it makes the stay feel more relaxing. Overall, very satisfied stay. Comfortable, convenient and family-friendly. Would come again 👍

We had a delightful stay at the INNside, conveniently located right inside the mall and close to the metro station. With the mall as our dining companion, we were spoilt for choice when it came to food. The room was cozy, though not the largest, but it was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The toilet space was a bit cramped, but thankfully, it didn’t leak. The amenities were provided, which is always a plus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The flat-screen TV didn’t have Netflix, but it had a screen mirroring feature that was handy. For Netflix lovers, I recommend bringing an Android device. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with extra pillows as requested. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The lobby had some fun games for guests to enjoy while we waited. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the pool, but we saw it and it looked clean and inviting. Overall, the price was a steal, making it a highly recommended stay.

Thank you for catering to y requests. Very much appreciated. The room was clean and had all the necessities. I wish the shower had a shelf so guests can put their own toiletries. Prob provide more sanitary napkin bags or a bin liner would be good. Proves sanitary for both guests and staff. While I only stayed there for a night as I had a family matter, It had the most comfy and soft bed and I almost didn't wake up for my flight. Lol.Thank u for the hospitality. Although far but convenient w the mall attached. All the best

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a well-functioning air-conditioning system. The toilet was also very clean, which made the stay comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though there is room for improvement. I appreciate that they changed the food variety daily, but unfortunately, the Malaysian staple nasi lemak was not available during my two mornings there. That said, it was nice to see effort in offering different options. Service was a highlight—front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the lady chef who personally came out to greet guests and ask for feedback. That was a thoughtful touch. Another big plus is the convenience of having a large mall connected to the hotel, with plenty of food options just steps away. Overall, it was a good stay and I would be happy to return again.

The hotel is clean and spacious. I especially liked the high quality blackout curtains - they blocked out the sunlight really well and made it easy to sleep in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Would definitely come back!
