This was the most amazing resort I have ever had the privilege to stay at. The staff was so incredible and amazingly attentive. Genuinely the nicest people I have ever met. The entire property makes you feel as if you have been immersed into the rain forest in the most luxurious and decadent way imaginable. We ate at four of the resorts on property and the food was excellent at all of them. Happy hour at the adult pool was a highlight of our day. I can't say enough wonderful things about this resort. It was truly the most magical experience for me and my entire family.

We were here 7 years ago and knew we would come back. We even sent my husband’s parents here for their 50th anniversary. We have been all over the world since and stayed in many small luxury boutique hotels and this remains our favorite. The staff are impeccably trained, the service is amazing, the rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, the surroundings are gorgeous, the food is delicious with a large included breakfast. There are many exciting adventures in the area. Our favorites include Sky Arenal, Aventura Mundo, Mistico, Pure Trek and Spider Monkey, but we would’ve been happy to stay in the resort the entire time. We can’t wait to come back to the best small luxury boutique in the world.

We could not have dreamed up a more perfect stay in Costa Rica! The kindest people in the most beautiful setting. The grounds were impeccable. The pools were so clean and each lounge chair was set with towels. The food was complex and delicious. And to top it all off we saw sloths and monkeys and toucans and hummingbirds and so many other tropical birds! Can’t wait to return with our kids!

We spent four nights at Nayara Gardens and can absolutely understand why it is considered one of the best resorts in Costa Rica. The level of service is exceptional. Housekeeping comes several times a day, laundry service and the minibar are complimentary, and our plunge pool could even be heated to our preferred temperature. The property is extensive, but if you don’t feel like walking, golf carts are available within minutes to take you anywhere. It is probably the most luxurious resort we have ever stayed at. Despite being fully booked, the resort never felt crowded. We always found space at the pool and the hot springs, and the complimentary morning yoga classes were a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was outstanding. A special thank you goes to William, one of the restaurant managers. We hadn’t realized that dinner reservations should be made well in advance. As we were traveling with children, our choices were already limited, and the remaining times didn’t work for us. William somehow managed to find us a 7:00 p.m. table in an otherwise fully booked restaurant. That kind of flexibility and genuine willingness to help is something we truly appreciate. One piece of advice for future guests: make your dinner reservations as early as possible, ideally before you arrive. Overall, Nayara Gardens delivers outstanding luxury, beautiful surroundings, and remarkably attentive service. If you’re looking for a world-class resort experience, you won’t be disappointed.

We came to Nayara Gardens for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure we had an unforgettable trip. The dining throughout the Nayara properties is incredible. We visited every restaurant on the grounds and can't say enough good things about each one. A special highlight was the wine pairing dinner at Nostalgia Wine Bar—the team there is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they made the evening truly memorable. Asia Luna has outstanding sushi, and La Terraza was the perfect place to experience delicious local flavors. The breakfast buffet each morning is also a must! Everyone on staff was attentive, warm, and eager to help. The golf cart service made getting around the properties effortless, and the staff even helped us spot sloths and monkeys during our stay! The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there is so much to do. The pools and hot springs were fabulous, the spa was luxurious, and simply walking around the resort is breathtaking. Mi Cafecito serves excellent coffee, and we loved our room, private plunge pool, and the thoughtful touches like the stocked fridge, local fruit, and snacks. Housekeeping was exceptional and the room refreshes were always appreciated. It was incredibly peaceful and serene, and booking excursions through Nayara was easy for those looking for a little adventure. I highly recommend leaving plenty of time to explore all three Nayara properties and to simply relax and enjoy the beauty around you. Nayara Gardens truly feels like a magical place, and we can't recommend it highly enough. We would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent resort. Room is sparkling clean and has excellent view of the Volcano. Pools are surrounded by rain forest and the privecy is great. The only words I can say about their service are"Five Stars". The only negative things I can say is the road from St. Jose to the hotel is a little bit challenge and the price is a little bit high. As a 5 star and 3 keys Michelin resort, these are worth it. Highly recommend this resort, especially to those couples with special events, such as annuversary or honeymoon.

I was in awe with this hotel! We stayed in the rainforest pool villa, and we literally had our own private jacuzzi which was AWESOME, an amazing view surrounded by the rainforest, and what might be the best room I’ve ever stayed in. The entire resort is BEAUTIFUL, the restauraunts (asia luna especially) is AMAZING! The hot springs were relaxing, the atmosphere was beautiful, there’s really nothing bad to say about it. WE LOVED THIS, AND WILL COME BACK!!!!

Best resort I’ve ever visited. The private swimming pool gave us a lot of fun. The resort restaurants are decent. It’s the copycat version of a Michelin three key hotel with only half of the price. The room was luxurious for two people. Go for it even one or two days you won’t regret. Cheers!
