The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms spatious and clean. I had an issue with one of my bookings at Jade dragon snow mountain and the front desk helped guide me through to the solution. Additionally the rooms were always cleaned very well and the room cleaners also left behind written messages!

Location is perfact being in city center and shopping sites are within 5 min walk. Lighting system in room with dimm light to floor at night make sleep confortable. Breakfast noodle is great and breads and fruits are fresh. Service was warm and prepare early 6.10 buffet for our group to tour jade dragon snow mountain in time.

The hotel lives up to its international brand standard but we felt that the TVs that were in the room were a bit outdated. The hotel management should consider refurbishing the rooms with smart TVs. Nonetheless, the service at the front desk was on point.

Service is quick. Arrange buffet breakfast early at 6.10 for our early trip to jade dragon snow mountain. Lighting in room is good, just dim to floor and good to sleep. Breakfast noodle is grate. Fruits and bread is also good. Shopping sites are in 5 min walk. Parking is convient.

The hotel staff is very good! But unfortunately my daughter feels sick. That’s why we had to cancel our tour plan and we checked out the hotel before 2 days. I have asked to refund the amount for 2 days. But hotel reception said that to contact to trip.com as I booked through them. They are unable to refund. Now we do not know that will we do? We will be grateful If we get refund.

Highlights|- The reservation team was so generous to upgrade me to a huge family room|- The front office team was very polite and patient when I checked in very late in the evening|- The laundry room was very helpful to wash and control the laundry on my own even it’s not for free|- It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the ancient town centre |Improvement potential|- The breakfast buffet was somehow unattended with low service level. I ordered an omelette but the chef was playing with his mobile phone while preparing the food and I didn’t get my omelette because he disappeared and never came back.|- At the elevator area it smelt like smoking even it’s a non-smoking hotel

A quiet location for resting, Good as Day tour pick up point, staff are attentive and very helpful, especially 直玛拉初 Julia. Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner have limited options.Room table and chair is very good, bed could be better with more soft pillow choice.
