Stayed here 3 nights for a g adventure trip. Stayed two extra nights. Clean, great location, great front reception. Beds are very comfortable. Walking. Distance to water and kennedy car park. Quiet street. Genaro, Simeoni, Mordor’s and all were friendly and helpful and smiled a lot. Great fo a 3 star hotel.

Solid three star hotel. Clean, friendly and safe. We stayed three nights. Pretty quiet street and decent location. Walking distance to JFK park, great restaurants and so on.

The location is a good walk from the Malecon coastal walkway. Small convenience shops & restaurants within the area.|Staff are friendly & helpful.|My room was modern looking & clean. Everything worked fine. My bed had clean linens & afforded me a comfortable & quiet sleep.|The bathroom had good hot water & pressure.|Overall, I had a comfortable stay.

Nothing to be negative about / I asked for at least 3 star hotel. And it’s as one expects. Rooms spotless, nice bathroom, both compact but not cramped. Bed comfortable. Staff on the front desk helpful and friendly. Location is nice - quiet with plenty of restaurants around, it’s not ‘downtown Lima’ if that’s what you want about 15-20 minutes by car. But for my stay I was booked on tours organised by Lima Experience so just needed to be picked up each day. Oh, Breakfast is good, too. No bar, but there are bars in the neighbourhood. Four stars for service and location are related only to the limited range of services and it’s not in Lima central / but what they do I’ve no complaints.

Basic transit accommodation. Staff are great, it is clean, comfortable but very basic. The waterside & some great restaurants in walking distance.

This was the hotel provided through a G Adventures tour and I couldn’t have asked for more. It is a solid 3 star hotel - spacious and comfortable room, friendly service, and wifi, all without breaking the bank. The location is great - you’re about a 15 minute walk from either Kennedy Park or Larcomar, and there are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast is decent. We’re not in North America - you’re not going to find a waffle maker here. But you’ll find enough fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, and grains to tide you over.

This is a basic hotel with the standard basic breakfast provided by most hotels. The staff are okay here, but not as good as the other hotels we stayed at. Not as friendly and welcoming. The rooms are adequate with basic decoration. The bed is comfortable, but thats subjective. It is like a cheap Travel Lodge. You understand that if you are from the UK, or have stayed in one. The shower is not too bad, but a little low on pressure. The most important thing, though, is that it seemed clean. It is also a budget hotel, so was about what you should expect. The hotel is situated in a fantastic area and there is a lovely pizza place one block down the road with an American (i think) guy running it. Easy access to the main strip. If I were to be in the area again, I'd look to stay in the ibis budget around the corner, if I'm being honest.

Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early.Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage.Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water.Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.
