Staying at Arte Hotel felt a little like going insane. The photos looked charming; in person, my room felt like a white, soulless, lightless box. Things were tidy, but not necessarily clean. The room’s entry keypad didn’t work, and I spent far too long coordinating with staff just to get back into my room. Eventually, I had to insist on being given a key. There was only one other room on my side of the floor, but the noise from its occupants was extraordinary—the walls were shaking. They stayed up scream-singing karaoke until I finally called the front desk to intervene sometime between 1 and 2 a.m. To top it off, I found some sort of grub, maggot, or worm in bed with me. It’s cheap for a reason. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location, spacious basic room. But got very dissapointed when during the checkout got charged additionally because of a dirty towel. Staying for 2 nights they do not replace the shower gel and soap but charge additionally for a towel.

Terrific location with friendly staff and clean rooms! We stayed on the 8th floor, with a grand view of San Isidro. The staff was professional and worked with my (poor) Spanish-language skills. They also had a terrific cafe on site, with a great street view. The price was extremely good for the value. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers!

The price per night is very good for the size and quality of the rooms. They have double bed and single bed rooms which are both very spacious with plenty of room to unpack your luggage. The room and bathrooms were very clean and the bedding is comfortable. They provide some free water bottles, but food and other beverages are not included. It is in a nice, safe part of town, although far away from most of the popular touristic locations. There are many coffee shops and a beautiful park nearby.

Ordered something for lunch in their cafeteria and I waited for 45 minutes before I overheard them talking about my order and how they haven’t done it. I’m staying here for 5 nights and I’m not sure if someone is really in charge of getting to know their guests. On the first floor everybody is so concerned about the cafe. Most of the time they don’t even notice when your in or out. The rooms are ok. The one I got (1005) doesn’t even have a view to anything so you feel trapped like tuna fish. Update: On my last 2 days I asked to be moved rooms as mine didn't have any view to the outside and I really enjoyed my new room with a view to two different main streets. A great improvement from my previous room. And people were noticeably more help and kind. I remained taking food directly through room service which was much more convenient than sitting down on the Cafe area.

Rooms are somewhat small but otherwise clean. The location is what makes this hotel shine. The area is quiet and secure. There are plenty of shops within walking distance.

my husband and i stayed in room 507 for about 3 weeks . beautiful hotel wonderful customer service . Brian was awesome in assisting us and even helped us to get an uber to the airport when leaving . They also have room service through rutina cafe , which has awesome food . excellent hotel in the heart of san isidro . If youre looking for some where luxiurious but not costly this is the place to go. so many food options around you and even a starbucks a few blocks away is very convient if you are on bussiness as well . highly reccomend . i will be returning again real soon
