I really wanted to give this hotel more stars, though there were a few things that made it fall short. Most notably, after checking in I received a call to my room that I am to pay the tax (which I was happy to do as a I've been in the country longer than the exemption window) However, when going down stairs to pax the tax, I was also asked for a deposit in case I use the mini bar or if I used room service. I was resistant as I was only staying one night, but complied to not stay going back and forth with the receptionist. Upon returning to my room, I saw there was actually NOTHING in the minibar, nor a room service menu!! I understand it was just a deposit, but the decrepency highlighted a lack of attention to detail when it comes to service. The staff was generally pleasant, but I did notice a general lack of attention to detail and care across a few things. Pros: well equipped fitness center, comfortable bed, good temperature shower and AC units, trendy vibe, above average breakfast. Cons: service as noted above, no counter space in bathroom for personal items, room lighting quite dark, a bit of a walk to explore dining options (though qiite manageable)

En el restaurante, Abel fue el mejor mesero que hemos tenido en todo Lima! El servicio fue el mejor!!! La comida fie excellente tambien...buenaso!! The hotel is extremely fancy and beds are super comfy. Air conditioning is very welcomed as well. Our bathroom had a sauna and the shower had a streamer. |The food at the restaurant is well worth the price. Great quantity AND quality. The hotel price per night is expensive compared to other hotels but after staying, we see why. If you want high quality service and stay and a super fancy place, then your gotta pay for it.

Room and furnishings were made of cheap materials. Bathroom in particular needed major cleaning and upkeep. Wouldn’t mind if charged at usual average rates but the prices were ridiculously inflated at end of November. Hotel also employs strong cleaning spray that smells like cheap cologne. Very noisy at night.

Great service and accommodations. Bathrooms are a bit too modern for my taste but all else (bed, bedding, room setup, TV, toiletries, etc.) worked great for us. From the service desk personnel (shout out to Melanie and Cecilia) to the wonderful staff at the delicious breakfast buffet (Paola, Sebastian and their team), everyone made us feel welcome and at home. We will return to this gem when we need to visit our relatives again. Well done, BTH!

We experiences a quite small room for a couple, small bathroom with no place to put your personal things, a deteriorated tube, initially one room very noisy because of late and early traffic and because of the noise of the electric engine on the ground. Mattress uneven, pillows of one type with no change option. Nice people though.
