Excellent hotel in the heart of Miraflores. From the outside it doesn't look much and neither does the foyer. However the rooms are clean and quite large and the bed is very comfortable. The included breakfast is pretty good and co.es with great views from the 21st floor. Only quibble is the the room didn't have tea or coffee making facilities.

We had a great stay at Hotel Estelar. The location was central to everything. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff are profwasional. We were greeted by karen in reception. She was incredible. Karen qent above and beyond to make us feel welcome and our stay comfortable. Walter in the lobby was also wonderful. We will absolutely stay again.

I stayed here for 4 nights and truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was always kind, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety of options and the view overlooking the city was absolutely spectacular. The location is also very convenient making it easy to explore Miraflores. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Good location, decent pricing, older hotel that still has some years left. Unfortunately staff cannot get out of their own way, lack of training, no common sense when it comes to dealing with issues.We had 2 separate reservations due to a flight change, asked if we could stay in the same room for both reservations, assured we could.Last day came back early from a tour and found our room still not cleaned, they were waiting for us to check out and then check back in due to a 7 dollar price difference! New room AC not working, stay somewhere else!

Decent hotel, location is 5+ stars, you can walk to anywhere and it is located in a safe area of miraflores. The staff is helpful and nice, the restaurant piso 21 was really good, and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding, had a lot to choose from. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. We had a problem with the toilet and they showed up right away after calling them. My mother in law also mentioned how low the lightning was and in a matter of minutes someone showed up with a large lamp which helped a lot with the room lightning. I would stay again! Also, it has cafe valdez in the Lobby. The staff in the door are super friendly and always helpful in holding door and helping with your luggage.

The rooms were nice and clean. The showers were consistently hot and the ac worked well. The restaurant had good food. My biggest complaint is that there is a club right outside of the hotel that blasts music till 2am or 3am. If you need to get up early in the morning I wouldn’t choose this location

Great location, staff very friendly since they picked us up at the airport, rooms clean, hotel doesn't smell.there is a coffee shop down the lobby , it's great I'll definitely sty there again. And location perfect a block away a super market 8 min away from Kennedy park, food great during breakfast , amazing view from hotel restaurants
