I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lima. It is clean, the staff is very nice, the food is great and the rooms are great as well. Also, I want to appreciate the hotels flexibility. We had to come to Lima because my father-in-law died surprisingly. We had to change our stay and the hotel helped us a lot. I appreciate this so much, thank you!

Our stay at the Meliá Lima on Avenida Salaverry was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure elegance and genuine warmth. The way this hotel trains and treats its staff truly reflects in the flawless hospitality they extend to their guests. A few standout mentions that made our trip unforgettable: Grover at the Front Desk: He welcomed us with incredible professionalism and warmth. Check-in was seamless, and his helpful attitude set the perfect tone for our entire stay. Juan in the Private Lounge: Juan provided absolutely impeccable service. He was attentive, intuitive, and made sure we had everything we needed, making the lounge feel like a luxurious home away from home. And the food! Every meal we had was exquisite—perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with the incredible flavors Lima is known for. Decent hotel. Bedrooms are decorated in an old fashioned way but clean. Service is great. A bit more pricey with room service than I expected but food was great and fast. Something I needed after a long day of travelling. Gym was okay, it had enough machines and wasn’t too busy.

Fantastic. Front desk A+. I want to thank Noelia, who helped me find a good restaurant, arrange transportation, and gave some tips about locations around the hotel. Also, a young boy named Carlos. I stayed for 5 days. My room was always clean and in order. Thank you.

The hotel is wonderful, clean and elegant. Centered in the San Isidro Financial downtown district which was safe and convenient to everthing. Check-in was fast and easy, Bryon was very pleasant and had options for us as we were at the hotel quite early. The room we chose was in the Level section so it came with wonderful perks. It was spotless with upgraded bathroom amenities, the bed was very comfy with multiple pillows and silent at night, perfect. Access to the Level Lounge we utilized everyday Maria, Rosemary and Daniel were all perfect hosts, and the food and drinks were exceptional We had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lima.

Hotel Melia Lima was an excellent experience, we really enjoyed the level of service provided by staff, always greeting you with a smile and ensuring your expectations were exceeded. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Bryan, the room was perfect, spacious, clean and comfortable and was maintained that way for our entire stay. The Level lounge was a very welcome perk with our room selection. Breakfast, light lunch and dinner (with an open bar at night). Maria, Rosmary and Daniel were absolutely wonderful and took very good care of us throughout our stay, making our stay at your hotel exceptional and personal (thank you so much!) The hotel is sparkling, the level of cleanliness was impressive. It is centrally located downtown San Isidro in a very safe beautiful part of town. With alot of attractions walking distance (if you like to walk as we do) Uber is also available and inexpensive. For us, this was a perfect way to see Lima and we would recommend the Hotel Melia Lima and would not hesitate to return, great job guys!

TThis hotel in Lima is highly recommended for short visits. The staff is exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. The food is unbelievably delicious, especially in the lounge for platinum members. Additionally, a delightful chocolate dessert was provided as a welcome gift. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon. The location is convenient for walking around as well.

We expected more from a 5 star hotel. For example, there is no hotel shuttle from the airport available,l and the hotel did not even arrange transportation when asked. Room was noisy, because the hotel sits at an intersection of two busy streets and there is a lot of honking. The windows are not insulated. The buffet was average. Overall, they could do much better for the price
