Outstanding management, amazing atmosphere, and one of the best hotel pools I’ve seen I had an issue with my reservation that started off frustratingly, but the way it was ultimately handled completely changed my impression of the hotel. When I came in, the staff were welcoming and immediately offered us drinks. I then spoke with the manager, Jayme, who was exceptional. Jayme was one of the kindest and most professional hotel managers I have dealt with. He listened, understood the situation, and focused on finding a fair solution rather than hiding behind policy. He ultimately arranged a refund for two of the nights, which I thought was very reasonable. The hotel itself also has an incredible vibe. The rooftop feels like a little slice of Miami in Lima — think Moxy South Beach with a touch of Fontainebleau energy: heated pool, cocktails, music, loungers and a genuinely fun resort atmosphere high above the city. The heated pool really matters when the weather is cool, and the whole rooftop area feels like somewhere you actually want to spend hours rather than just pass through. The rooms are modern and perfect with an incredible attention to detail. More than anything, Jayme completely turned the experience around. He was warm, calm, respectful and genuinely cared about making things right. Excellent recovery, fantastic rooftop pool and atmosphere, and a huge thank you to Jayme.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with all the advantages of a contemporary new-build while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the standout features is the rooftop bar. The views, ambiance, and overall vibe made it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether enjoying a sunset cocktail or simply taking in the scenery, it was easily one of my favorite parts of the stay. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. Every team member I encountered was friendly and professional, but Luis deserves special recognition. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering attentive service, helpful recommendations, and genuine hospitality that made me feel valued as a guest. Between the stylish accommodations, excellent amenities, vibrant rooftop atmosphere, and exceptional service from Luis and the rest of the team, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding service and customer experience. Everyone, from the reception in the lower level, to the Front desk, Pagano and Pool Rooftop went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The food and signature cocktail were delicious. Hip, fun, outstanding quality. Awesome stay!

The location of this hotel was just about perfect. It was one block from Ovalo Miraflores. Make sure you do not pass on the breakfast. The breakfast was about US$26, but it was as complete a buffet as you could hope for with a mixture of Peruvian and other cuisines. We especially like the fact that we could get eggs, Benedict made to order. Coffee was great. And the wait staff was very attentive.

What a beautiful hotel! Clean, great view, and most importantly, excellent customer service! I was treated like a queen the staff made my stay feel really special and with that being said I would like yo specially thank Andres for all his help during my stay, he really went above and beyond, total class act. Wonderful stay with beautiful rooms and the most accommodating staff that go above and beyond! Beds are very comfortable and the shower/bathroom is luxurious. Rooms are large, have great attention to detail, and allow for a quiet, peaceful sleep. Great value compared to other high-end hotels in the area. Good location, in the middle of miraflores, very accessible. Nice rooftop and pool too. 10/10.

This hotel is gorgeous and so fun. Lots of bright, beautiful decor and a mix of textures. Haven’t stayed anywhere so funky. The staff are so attentive and beautiful. The room was amazing. Bed was comfortable and just what I needed after 27hrs in transit. Breakfast was great with so much choice! Tania was so wonderful in looking after me, brining me all the coffee! Would highly recommend.

We have stayed for 5 days at nhow Lima in the last month. This place has been faultless. The rooms are large, quiet and clean. The hotel is modern with a upbeat vibe. The staff are friendly, polite and always helpful. The rooftop bar is a great place to spend a few hours and watch incredible sunsets. Definitely 5 stars.
