Lovely hotel. The hotel gym is well equipped and the pool is lovely and heated. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that there are not enough tables at breakfast and you have to wait for a table to become available.

The location is excellent and the front desk staff are welcoming. We encountered a few problems, however: the rooms carried a mildew odor across three separate stays—arriving in Lima, returning from Cusco, and coming from Huacachina. Unfortunately, I left behind my brand-new Lululemon sweatpants during checkout. I emailed the next day after noticing they were missing, and they replied that nothing remained in the room. Sadly, I believe the staff saw them with tags still attached and took them. If you leave anything behind, you may not recover it—please be careful.

I felt right at home from the very first minute. Even though i arrived late in the evening, Claudio welcomed me at the front desk with incredible warmth and kindness. Check-in was relaxed and friendly, exactly what you hope for after a long journey. My room was spotless, modern, and beautifully kept. The highlight was the stunning view of the beach. The hotel's location is also excellent. The breakfast was fantastic: a great variety to suit every taste, and the juicy, exotic fruits were a real treat. A special thank you goes to Adolfo, who was always helpful and courteous, and gave me plenty of great tips about the area and about Peru. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

Location was very ideal. Love the atmosphere. Rooms were nice and clean. Great value for your money’s worth. Service team from Marcia the front desk accommodating us at 3AM to make us a little comfortable. The Breakfast buffet was superb! From Adolfo, Daniel & Christian waiting on us and catering to our every requests… Muchas gracias and keep doing what you do!

Great hotel and location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice and shower awesome. Pool area is very nice and has a rooftop that you can see the coast and surroundings. Service staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was superb and lots of options to choose from. Wait staff really make you feel like family. Congratulations, I am definitely coming back here next time.

Clean rooms with good amenities. Adolfo was our server at breakfast and he did an excellent job. Small gym with basic cardio equipment, smaller weights, some machines was sufficient for us. Good location

The hotel was very nice overall. The AC didn't work well in our room, which was disappointing. Nice location and good place to stay if going to Miraflores. However... I wouldn't recommend booking private transport from the airport through this hotel. The driver they sent tried to cross a large median on the highway (to avoid traffic) and got the car stuck. We waited for over an hour after a long travel day while he tried to get it unstuck. The hotel staff weren't helpful over the phone and told us we were stuck because traffic was really bad. We were in an unfamiliar country, it was dark out, and our cellular data wasn't working well from our location, so we were at the mercy of this driver. He ignored our pleas for him to call us a new driver and kept leaving us alone in the car on the side of the highway. This was all until some locals pulled over and helped him get the car out of the median.

We just enjoyed 3 nights at the Radisson Decapolis in Miraflores BUT what really made it enjoyable was meeting Josselyn who we had the pleasure of taking care of us each morning for breakfast!! She truly couldn’t have been more amazing!! Her and Adolfo went above and beyond with their customer service (which is very rare to find these days)… We genuinely looked forward to seeing them each morning and can definitely say made our stay much more memorable, if only there were more people in the world like Josselyn and Adolofo!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼
