We had a fantastic stay at Altis Avenida! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Lisbon, making it easy to walk to so many restaurants, shops, and attractions. And the rooftop bar is incredible! It’s a great place to enjoy a drink and take in the views of the city. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend Altis Avenida to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Lovely hotel with breathtaking rooftop. We stayed in a classic king room. First one had the wrong bed (twin) and was a bit smelly: they were very nice and changed room to a different floor. New room was really nice. Personnel great. Terrace breakfast amazing in quality, view and professionalism of service.

The location is perfect. The roof commands excellent view of Lisbon. However both the lobby , the corridor n common areas are too small. Breakfast ok. Only the location is 5 star. Others not more than 4

This hotel has been one of the best experiences I’ve had in many years. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The staff who helped with our luggage, the front desk team, and the housekeeping staff were all professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything was excellent. The location is outstanding and makes it easy to get anywhere. Even though the hotel is located on a busy main avenue, the rooms are very comfortable, and the windows and curtains do an excellent job of keeping the noise out, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you once again to the entire team for their exceptional service and hospitality. You truly made our stay memorable, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

100/10! Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell the level of care the entire staff puts into everything they do. Eva, at the front desk, provided us with the best first impression. She was so friendly and answered all our questions with a smile, including where to eat nearby. The concierge & the staff at the upstairs restaurant were great! Frederico from the concierge desk took the time to call a restaurant on our behalf & emailed us a full list of dinner reservation suggestions when we were unable to get a reservation at the spot we wanted. I would stay here again & again if I’m ever in Lisbon & will recommend to all! Thank you!

Amazing from the moment we walked into the lobby. The reception staff was wonderful, gracious and welcoming. We arrived early and the staff was calling feverously to try and get us a room immediately. I told her that was not necessary as we were going out into Lisbon. They were so kind. Upon our return, Our bags were placed in our room, they walked us up to our room where we had a complementary bottle of port and a selection of waters. The room was beautiful and immaculate. The wifi worked well and the television had hundreds of channels in every language. Excellent. The roof top lounge was also great. Beautiful views of the city, great drinks and a nice light menu. We have been fortunate to have stayed in some very fine hotels and resorts around the world and the Altis Avenida was absolutely worthy of it's 5 Star rating. We will stay there again.

Had a fantastic six-night stay at the Altis Avenida with my son, with breakfast included. All the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. Our room was impeccably clean and was cleaned to a very high standard each day. The breakfast was good, with a solid selection of standard options. The hotel’s location is outstanding. It’s within a short walking distance of several Metro stations and the train station, as well as many of Lisbon’s main attractions. There are also plenty of very good restaurants nearby. One of the highlights was the amazing views of Lisbon from the sun deck and restaurant. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the Altis Avenida to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Wow! This hotel exceeded expectations. The service was top notch, the building is beautiful, the rooftop bar has amazing views, the beds were super comfy...on and on. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is unmatched. You are right on a central avenue next to high end shopping and easy walking to all the different neighborhoods. I was traveling with six girlfriends for a birthday trip and we couldn't have picked a better place to accommodate our needs. If you are considering staying here, DO IT!!
