Lovely hotel in every way! Excellent location, beautiful room, large bathroom, welcoming reception/lobby...what more can I say? The rooftop bar was an oasis in a bustling city. We were tired upon our arrival, so went to the rooftop for a sangria and cheese plate on a warm sunny afternoon. Great place to relax and enjoy the view. We would stay here again!

We loved our 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The service was prompt and friendly and we always felt very welcomed. The hotel is well maintained, well appointed and charmingly beautiful. Our bed was very comfortable and our room had plenty of hot water for showers and great air conditioning. The rooftop bar offered excellent drinks, tapas and views with super accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet was consistently delicious offering à la cart items in addition to the buffet. I would be happy to return here if I come back to Lisbon.

The hotel is located about 200 m from the Marques de Pombal square (metro station) and the Avenida da Liberdade. This makes an easy connection to Baixo, Barrio Alto and Alfama districts. Several excursion options (buses, bike tours) also start within walking distance from the hotel and connection with the airport is possible by metro or taxi (15-20 min).|The rooftop bar gives a nice outlook down to the Tagus river (but do not expect a view on Castelo Sao Jorge nor Alfama). Although most (touristic) restaurants are located in the above mentioned districts, you can find some nice alternatives close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant was not available at the time of our visit (only some tapas/salad option in rooftop bar).|Our room was very clean, well maintained and quiet. |The breakfast was perfect with buffet and a-la-carte options. Very friendly staff.|In summary we had a great stay (6 nights) in this H10 hotel.

This is was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location was very central, but quiet. The common rooms were absolutely gorgeous and snacks and sparkling wine were always available. The breakfast was amazing and service was impeccable. Everyone who worked here was so kind and accommodating. I came with a very large group for our wedding in Sintra, and this hotel was the perfect choice. We had a pre-party on the rooftop, and everyone loved the atmosphere and view. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

My room was very spacious and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I appreciated the Lindt chocolates, too. The Rituals toiletries were okay, although I wasn’t particularly keen on the scent. The location was the biggest drawback for me. It wasn’t convenient for the places I wanted to visit in Lisbon, and even arriving by taxi was awkward. My driver dropped me at the lower service entrance rather than reception. The hotel had a calm, quiet atmosphere. I noticed several organised tour groups during my stay. It struck me as a better fit for families or older couples looking for a quieter base away from the busiest parts of the city. The reception staff were fine, but I didn’t find them as helpful or attentive as the teams at the other hotels on my trip. My rooftop visit was disappointing. No one came over to seat me when I arrived. I also ended up with a dish containing pork, which I don’t eat. The staff apologised and took it off the bill, which I appreciated. Even so, it wasn’t an enjoyable visit. The room’s size and cleanliness were the strongest points of my stay, but they didn’t make up for the location and service for me. I would have preferred a smaller room in a more convenient spot. At the price I paid, I expected more.

What an outstanding Hotel. The rooms were superb, outstanding service, the food was delicious, and the ambiance at the Limao Roof Top Bar was incredible, and it had the best views. We stayed here for 5 days to celebrate my wife and I 50th B-Day, go shopping, and go to the Bad Bunny concert. I cannot express enough how grateful we were for the staff, the event coordinator (Pedro Marques), and the management team. The Duque de Loule staff made our 50th B Day celebration and our stay an unforgettable life event for us, our friends, and family members. Reserving the roof top bar for our birthday was the best choice we made for our party. I don't think we could've had a better time with our loved ones. What an amazing experience.

I had such a wonderful stay at H10 and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely went out of their way to make me feel looked after. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and I was so touched to find a bottle of champagne and a beautiful birthday cake waiting for me in my room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made my trip feel even more special. The hotel itself is immaculate. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The décor is elegant and modern, creating a luxurious yet relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop. The views are absolutely stunning and it's the perfect place to relax with a drink while taking in the scenery. Thank you to everyone at H10 for making my birthday so memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
