We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The front reception staff were very helpful. We enjoyed drinks at the bar with exceptional service from Paolo and his staff on every occasion. Paolo and his staff were professional, friendly and obliging. Nothing was ever a problem. The restaurant was also lovely and the service good. Would absolutely stay here again. The location was brilliant.

Sofitel Lisbon has been everything we needed at the end of our Portugal stay. I would describe this hotel as compact, but with everything you need. We booked a “Superior” room, which included breakfast daily (we were here three nights). The location is safe, close to high end shopping, very good restaurants and the historic town center. We walked everywhere. This was a special occasion trip for us and we were greeted by a lovely chocolate dessert and a bottle of port in our room. The staff are friendly and work hard to please. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping is reliable and responsive. We ate in the restaurant for dinner twice and breakfast three times…all excellent. We never heard a peep when we were in our room, and the temperature control is excellent.

Beautiful hotel, great central location. Never had to take the taxi or subway to visit Lisbon. Bathroom has Diptyque products and it was super clean. Front-staffs are extremely kind and responsive. + Only improvement point from me would be maybe more local products for breakfast. For example eggs from surrounding farms, local fruits etc.

Luxury! Sophication and great location!! Sofitel truly made our experience in Lisbon unforgettable. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with the best service in a luxurious setting. The hotel is short walk away from the city centre. No need for public transport or taxi. The staff were amazing!! A HUGE thank you to Andrea our concierge. He was so helpful in many ways. He made us feel very like VIP guests and offered so much great help with any questions we had. He always went above and beyond and we truly appreciated that gesture. He took the time to engage with us and made us feel very welcomed. Another shout out to Paulo our barman. He too was very engaging, had great communication skills and was so helpful. Again, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you guys for making our trip unforgettable.

What a fabulous hotel! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is attentive. The food is always fresh. it’s in the heart of the tourist District. You will feel like you’re on Rodeo Drive in California. If you’d like to shop, all the high-end stores are here. A great place to chill in the shade with a beautiful tree surrounding you. All you have to do is cross the street from the hotel.

What a wonderful stay! The staff that is so nice and friendly is what makes the difference. The rooms are beautiful and the different services such as the gym, the restaurant and the bar are great. We had a slight problem in the bathroom, I called the reception and it was sorted in a matter of minutes. The kindness and the efficiency was really appreciated. Plus points for the location of the hotel! It is right in the center of Lisbon which gives you easy access to the whole city and the area is really nice. I would recommend 100%
