A nice hotel, convenient for where we needed to be the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was lovely and clean. Room was grand, nice shower room, the bed was huge. We had a nice meal down in the bar, my steak was done exactly the way I wanted. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep a wink. I can't put my finger on it, but there was something about the bed. The pillows were too soft, the mattress was too hard and there was just something not right about the duvet.

Such a lovely stay over the weekend! Was met by Mario at reception and he was exceptionally helpful checking us in. The room was perfect, it was spotless and the shower was so nice! Great location too, right near two tube stations. The bar downstairs was also very cool, would definitely recommend the margaritas!!

Brilliant location! Right next to the Elizabeth Line and Farringdon station for connections. Just 3 tube stops from Paddington, 2 stops from Bond Street. Also so close to St Paul’s / millennium bridge / Tate modern.|It was a great base for us and a lovely hotel. Loads bars and restaurants nearby but we had breakfast in the hotel and evening drinks and all lovely. Our room was a great size, nice and airy with windows that open a little. Large bathroom. Clean. Very helpful staff, stored our bags for us. I’ve stayed in hotels in London which are rated higher and this Malmaison exceeded them. We would stay here again in fact we definitely will.

Our favourite hotel in central London. The staff are hard working and charming . Unfortunately despite their best efforts our room was not available until 4.30 . It appears that there were too few cleaning staff to cope with the workload on 19/9/26. Perhaps the optional cleaning policy leads to this kind of shortfall in provision ? The staff gave us complimentary drinks which was much appreciated but had we been on a tight time schedule the delay could have been more problematic . We do wish to emphasise that we have no criticism of the staff who tried their best to rectify matters .

This was such a wonderful trip experience. It was my first time visiting London and Malmaison was comfortable, very clean and it’s the perfect room for someone getting over jet lag with the black curtains and quiet atmosphere. The food was tremendous and the staff was INCREDIBLY affable and nice, especially Victor at the front desk!! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

I visited the Malmaison for a work event and it was superb. However, I regularly book this hotel en masse for 7 of my travelling execs and for myself. The Autumn/Winter '26 menu is full of all sorts of beautiful, seasonal options. The hosts at the event were so welcoming and interested in how they can make the visits for my executives as comfortable as possible, which is reassuring when booking in 7-9 Board level execs, it's good to know there welfare is at the top of the list when booking a hotel. The location is also wonderful, overlooking the historic, charming and peaceful Charterhouse Square. The City is within walking distance, yet Charterhouse Square is a hidden oasis in the bustling city. And inside the hotel, the rooms are spotlessly clean and modern with the most gorgeous scented toiletries. I love staying there and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you for welcoming us!

We spent here one night, but the hotel overcame our expectations! Victor at the reception was the most helpful and kind - he gave us a lot of advice, as we were attending a concert in Wembley, so we really appreciated that! Room was really clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom with all necessary amenities, like hairdryer, shampoos, etc. We especially appreciated very nice notes everywhere, like Strike a pose, you are on camera or Too hot to handle in the bathroom shower😄. Bed was really comfortable, we slept really well, it was very quiet during the night. Overall, great value for money, great experience and atmosphere, with walking distance to St.Paul's cathedral and a minute to metro station. We'll definitely come back!
