I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in such a convenient location and the views around Westminster are beautiful. Check-in was smooth, the room was spacious and everything was spotless. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff were lovely. It felt like a really comfortable base for exploring London. Highly recommended!

I hope this review will be seen as open, honest and most of all objective. Location: Fantastic!!!!! Check-In: Impersonable!|We used the "self check-in" as the queue to talk to a human was just too long and lots of check-in desks were not staffed, which for a Saturday lunchtime is pretty poor.|Doesn't help when two staff members are trying to resolve a key issue for a guest. The Room: We had a "Big Ben" room which was simply brilliant. Great size room, good facilities BUT with a cracking view over The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.|Booking was for two adults yet only 1 bathrobe....WHY? It's just attention to detail surely!! The hotel: It's a big hotel, very busy and at times it seems chaotic. That said the organization at breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice.|What let it down was the glasses and crockery dumped outside the hotel rooms by guests. Clearly some guests just don't care about being slobs, the housekeeping staff equally need to clear this up quicker as it stains what should be a great hotel. |Food: Brilliant, very nice. Recommend the Club Sandwich, great breakfast and the cakes downstairs in the coffee shop looked fantastic. In summary?|A great hotel, well placed but just lacks that final finesse that I think other hotels may be able to pull off better. Is it due to the size of the hotel? Is it the staff? Is it lack of oversight for the details? I don't know. |What i do know is that at close to £500 for the night, these little niggles shouldn't exist....not really......in my humble view.

Fantastic location and our Radisson rewards membership was acknowledged upon check in when we were offered a fantastic complimentary upgraded room. We were also presented with a bottle of wine but it was Chateaux du plonk and pretty dreadful! We had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant and shared the Côte de Boeuf which was excellent. Service by Natalia from Moldova was outstanding, friendly efficient and professional. We luckily found better wine on the menu here! The only minor thing was that for such an upscale hotel and with our mini-suite room, I would’ve expected a Nespresso machine or similar- nearly every other Radisson hotel offers this so I was surprised not to have one. The pool and spa area was also great we enjoyed a morning swim and use of sauna / steam rooms.

Had our room upgraded to studio, so thank you very much for that. Great location and wonderful service. Room was clean but not shinny. Sink and basin had some yellow stains, I think the bathroom needs an upgrade. We used the pool, sauna and steam room, very clean and wonderfully welcomed there, towels provided. Overall see a great stay and will come back again soon.

For us (and I'm sure we are not the only one with positive experience), we had such a pleasant stay in this hotel. Such a superb property in a superb location. The building is modern, spotless, very well maintained. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. The bedding is very comfy and I wish I could bring home the pillow, lol. Next time we visit London again, this hotel will be at the top of the list.

I had an excellent stay and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the hotel’s facilities and the outstanding level of service. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully managed, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I would especially like to recognise Saiful Soham from the Business Center, whose exceptional hospitality and customer service truly stood out. He was incredibly professional, attentive, warm, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to assist. His kindness and commitment to ensuring guests are well looked after are a real credit to the hotel. Excellent facilities, wonderful service, and staff who genuinely understand hospitality. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

From stepping out of the cab, this hotel came to life and made you feel like the only guest even though there were several more people arriving at the same time. They quickly whisked our bags away and Menaz, the receptionist helping check us in, went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect rooms for our needs and was so patient explaining how the policies of the hotel worked. Within minutes of arriving to our room, our luggage appeared. Our rooms are spacious and clean, our restroom is amazingly large, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge in our room. 10 out of 10 across the board for service and accommodation! Natalia at Brasserie Joel was great too!

Gorgeous views. Excellent staff and first class customer service. Our room was a good size, very clean and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was spa was great. We ended up having room service in the evening. Food was quick, great portions and hot. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend for a great central location, close to the Thames and Houses of Parliament.
