Excellent location, just 5 minutes from the Tower Hill metro station. We had an issue with the hot water, but it was promptly resolved. The apartment was spacious and very bright. Amenities included a washer/dryer, a fridge (no freezer, though one is available upon request), a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The pots and pans were clean and sufficient for cooking for four people. I would like to thank the staff again (especially Mattia and Aroona) for their helpfulness and kindness.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location! Unfortunately more things were “issues” with the room itself than not. This stay was recommended to me but I would likely not recommend it to others, and here is my experience : The room itself was just as it appears in the photos, however the electrical tripped off 2 nights in a row leaving us in the dark until the attendant could come up and turn it back on. The toilet shot water out when flushed, it was not a bidet. It was very hot, the portable air unit required the window to be left open for ventilation, defeating the purpose of trying to cool the room. Neither the kitchen nor the bath have any ventilation at all. The heater in the bathroom is permanently hard-wired in the “on” position and stays in the upper 80 degrees with no way to cool it. There are no electrical outlets near any mirrors, I did my hair in the hall way between the kitchen and bedroom. Lastly, house keeping inadvertently took my pajamas when they were changing the linens, they did not get them back nor have they offered any compensation for it yet. Still waiting to hear back, will keep you posted.

The location of the hotel is great and it is walking distance from many famous places in London. It is very close to several tube stations and it is surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. The pier is just across the street and you can easily take a boat. The bus station is 2 minutes from the hotel and you can take the touristic bus. We had an amazing view over the Tower Bridge from both rooms of the apartment.|The rooms were comfortable, spacious, clean and well maintained. The apartment has everything needed to make you feel at home.|The front desk staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. They know what you need even before asking for help. You are the friendliest team we have ever met in a hotel. Thank you for everything!|A special thanks to Roxana, a person with a a big smile and a big heart. Multumim pentru tot, Roxana!|I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Superb location. Tower Hill is my favorite part of London to stay. Excellent access to the Underground and the Thames Clippers, and walkable to a great deal besides. We stayed twice this trip, and on our second stay we had a room with a Tower of London and Tower Bridge view that was genuinely astonishing, worth requesting if you can.|The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were consistently helpful and warm. I'd particularly like to thank Aroona, Wathmi, and Roxana.|The only slight blip: toward the end of our stay the lift was out of order which is not really something the hotel could help, and to their credit staff carried our luggage up to the fourth floor without being asked. A minor thing in an otherwise excellent stay.|Handsome apartments, an unbeatable Tower Hill location, and a Tower Bridge view we won't forget. |We'd stay again without hesitation.

This was my second stay at Tower Residences by Blue Orchid, and it was a pleasure to return. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Tower of London and public transport, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special thank you to Aroona at reception for her kindness, professionalism and welcoming attitude. She made me feel genuinely welcome and helped make my stay even more pleasant. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to London. Highly recommended!

Firstly, I would definitely recommend here to family and friends. The location is excellent, accommodation is superb and it was fantastic value for money! There were a few niggles that would have made the stay even better that I think could be easily changed -- hairdryer - it took us ages to find it and we actually requested one to be brought to the room but it never arrived. When we did find the hairdryer it was really poor quality.- sofa bed - This was extremely uncomfortable (I know they always are). I think a mattress topper should be provided for guests using the sofa beds.- the main bed was also very hard. This suited my son and he had a good night sleep but my daughter found it really uncomfortable.- we did request an additional put me up bed but the hotel can’t accommodate this. I found this strange and the apartments are huge!- kitchen - the kitchen was great and the breakfast cereal was a welcome addition. I think a pack of biscuits would also have been a nice addition.- breakfast - breakfast is at the tower suites and is £27 per head but residence guests get it at a discounted rate of £20 for adults and £10 for children. When we went to book in the morning we were told that the discount was only valid if booked the night before, we weren’t informed of this on arrival. I was then told children were only up to the age of 10. To be fair the lady on reception did say she would honour the discount rate but wasn’t sure about the children’s rate so we decided to leave it as £80 for breakfast was more than we wanted to pay. All these niggles are minor and won’t be an issue for everyone. Over all the apartments were modern, incredibly spacious with a large bedroom, hallway, large separate lounge/2nd bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with views overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. We will definitely book again.

We stayed here for a week in July 2026. Pros: Spacious living room and bedroom. 1.5 bathrooms. Kitchenette and washer/dryer combo. Extremely perfect location for visiting the Tower of London and other attractions along the River Thames (close to Tower Pier and Tower Hill Tube stop). Nice staff and free amenities such as water bottles whenever you ask. Cons: Construction next door at the time of our stay lasted Monday-Saturday 8 am to 6 pm. Very loud demolition type noise. Lift was broken. Be prepared to walk up and down several flights of stairs, with and without your luggage. Something is wrong with the electricity. We had multiple light switches not work, causing some lights to be on when we didn’t want them to be, and others never turned on. Both ceiling fans (living room and bedroom) randomly turned on in the middle of the night on different nights. The furnace in the living room was putting out heat in the summer even though it wasn’t “on”. TLDR; this place is close to being great but you do need to compromise.
