We had a great stay here! Clean, modern, great views and food! We had breakfast at their onsite restaurant and dinner at their rooftop restaurant Spire and had great meals! My daughter loved the pool! It was a short drive to universal studios in the morning (12 mins to be exact). Afternoon, due to traffic, took us like 30 mins. We plan on coming back to LA in Nov and definitely considering staying here again.

A special thank you to Maria, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Maria assisted us with accommodations and ensured everything was perfect for our special occasion. The hotel was excellent. The sauna and gym were top notch. Breakfast was wonderful but expect a good wait if getting food to go. The hostess was patient to patrons during our stay. The bar staff was great in the morning but appeared a bit overwhelmed. Gerardo, the doorman, was excellent and helped relocated the pin on my uber app so that the drivers arrived to the garage for pickup instead of at the oppsire side street that defaults on the app for pickup.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental DTLA. From Marvin, at the front desk taking care of our needs, to Conrad at concierge team. We feel blessed. Jackie, Carlos and Kyle made us the best drinks in the lobby bar, as we watched the FIFA World Cup in the spacious 70th floor lobby. The views were exceptional. Amy and Shemar were also kind. I am very impressed with the customer service here. The warm smiles made it all the more pleasant. Thank you All.

I had a wonderful stay here and wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience. The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. The sparkling city lights were one of the highlights of my trip and made every moment in the room feel special. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Ana and Mariah, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I had a last minute change on my business trip that required I find a hotel while driving to an event already in progress. On the road I used an App to book the hotel with The IC and when I arrived the hotel was a dream! As you pull in to the entry you are greeted by professional, kind and respectful staff. They were so happy to load our things and take them to our room. It was all inclusive. Was limited on time so the booking was all very last minute. Once checked in, Jonathan C was by far the best host I have ever worked with. He was attentive, thoughtful and took care of all the little details needed to get my things checked and back on the road for our event. I have stayed at many location for work the last several years and this is my #1 favorite place to stay in LA. All of the staff were very professional and pleasant to interact with. The rooms are all incredibly elegant and larger.

Hands-down the best hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. I just spent a week in the Bahamas at the Atlantis and I thought that was the best in the world and then I came here and I was like wow the staff are friendly and ready to help with anything. The service is better than any hotel I’ve ever been to. The restaurants have great food and great vibes and people come through and you can meet local people and fellow travelers there. The views are the best in downtown LA cause you can see over everything and there’s glass windows on each side of the rooftop surrounding the bar and fire pits. The rooms are spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool and hot tub on the terrace are daily ritual for me to relax, decompress, and get ready for work. The fitness center has better equipment than my $300 a month paid membership at my gym. The staff is unbelievably accommodating and kind like I’ve never seen. It’s located in the center of all the clubs and bars in downtown LA. There’s always people coming through the various bars and restaurants in the building to chat with. The ballroom that we rented for the seminar was spacious and perfect for the group to relax and learn. I can’t really say enough about this place, but I’ll definitely be coming back and the rates are comparable to the nearby hotels and the intercontinental offers so much more. Special shout out to Eduardo, the manager and Eugene the bartender for going above and beyond thank you all, I’ll never forget staying here and I’ll be back as soon as I can.
