An Unforgettable Experience at The Parisian Macao! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! From the moment we stepped into the breathtaking property, everything felt luxurious and well-curated. Highlights of Our Stay: Exceptional Reception Service – Special Thanks to Alex K! A huge shoutout to Alex K at the reception desk! Alex was exceptionally warm, friendly, and incredibly informative. He made our check-in process smooth and seamless while sharing wonderful recommendations that made our stay in Macau even more special. Truly outstanding service with a warm smile! Gorgeous and Comfortable Rooms: The room itself was gorgeous, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The design aesthetic perfectly matches the Parisian luxury theme, making it a wonderful space to relax after a full day of exploring. A Small Note for Maintenance: Showerhead Service: The bathroom was elegant and clean overall, though the showerhead in our room could use a quick maintenance check or deep cleaning to ensure optimal water flow. It's a minor detail in an otherwise flawless stay!

We had a really excellent stay at The Parisian Macao. I have been traveling to Macau for more than 10 years, but this was actually my first time staying at The Parisian, and I was very happy with the experience. What impressed me the most was the staff and the level of service. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We had originally booked a room with a double bed but wanted to change to twin beds. Even though the hotel was very full, the staff really tried their best to help us and managed the situation very well. They were also extremely helpful with our luggage and during checkout. We had quite a lot of luggage, and the assistance we received made everything much easier. A big applause and thank you to the entire staff. Their kindness and willingness to help really made the difference during our stay. I would definitely stay at The Parisian again, mainly because of the excellent service we received.

Nice facility and nice staff. The restaurants, however, were okay but not impressive especially with their price tags. Many restaurants in the area offer better dining experience and/or better values. Breakfast okay but again not very impressive. Waiters were just doing their jobs. Maybe my expectation was set too high after previous stays in different hotels. No evening tune down service as other hotels. Room cleaning staff was attentive and committed to their jobs though. Overall, not a bad experience.

We were given a premium-view room since our booking was on a weekday. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Although we arrived early, the hotel kindly accommodated us at 12 PM based on room availability. Until then, we were given access to the property’s amenities, which was a thoughtful touch.I honestly couldn’t find anything negative to comment on. The property was excellent, and we even managed to book a massage treatment with flexible timing—again thanks to the weekday booking.Activities, sightseeing spots, and shows were all within affordable walking distance, making it very convenient. I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at The Parisian Macao was exceptionally good and worth sharing.Just a note: my stay was during a weekday, and I was told the hotel tends to get much busier on weekends.

The Parisian Macao exceeded all my expectations. The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially when it’s illuminated at night. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a luxurious Parisian touch. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and other attractions on the Cotai Strip. Every detail made the experience feel special. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau.

Stunning interior design. Great views from the room. Super nice staff. Extra clean room. I haven't seen hotel rooms this clean in US hotels. Bathroom with beautiful marble throughout- counter tops, walls, floor, bathtub, shower. All electrical amenities for global connectivity installed, great Wi-Fi. Indoors walking throughout whole Cotai strip - I walked 30000 steps a day, just to enjoy great interiors, Chinese outhentic food courts and casinos. What a great trip it was.

We loved our stay at The Parisian. Our room was tastefully furnished, generously sized, and the bathroom and powder room were beautifully clad in white marble from floor to ceiling. The service was excellent as well. At check-in, I was advised that my original booking may have been a little tight for my family and was recommended an upgraded room, which turned out to be a great suggestion. I’m glad we took the advice, as it made our stay much more comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
