A great place to stay. About 15-20 minutes' walk from the Madrid Chamartin railway station (or 5 minutes by subway train). The subway station is very close to the hotel (less than 2 minutes' walk from the hotel and allows you to get to the city centre in no time. My room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was adundant, fresh and varied. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. I certainly recommend staying here!

I've been here three times and each time has been excellent. Prices are very good. Great hotel in a great location. Close to the high speed train station and next to the metro makes it easy to travel around Madrid without a lot of effort. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is very helpful as well. There's breakfast that I didn't get to try but smelled amazing. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was very spacious with plenty of room to move around. A huge plus for us was having a full bathtub in the room rather than just a shower. The panoramic view from the window was also impressive. On the downside, there were no robes or slippers provided in the room. We also found the breakfast to be a bit mediocre; there wasn't much variety, and the fruits and vegetables didn't seem very sweet or juicy. Overall, it is a good choice for the room comfort and views, but some details in service and dining could be improved.

I find it difficult to believe this is only a 4 star hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised that my travel agent had booked me into a luxury suite on the ninth floor. The only regret I have is that I spent just one night here between two nights in Barcelona and three in my eventual destination, Porto. Attractive, helpful staff of both sexes, fluent in English and a great atmosphere. The suite was pleasantly cool in spite of the seering heat outside, and a nice view from the window. The only meal I ate in the hotel was breakfast, a veritable banquet of quality food and drink. A great experience, especially as I hadn’t taken a proper holiday in years.

The room was very comfortable with a massive bed, lots of hanging space and a very well-equppied bathroom. The buffet breakfast was generous. I would like to offer special thanks to the cleaner who, just as we were leaving, rang down to reception saying that I had left a garment in the room. I was able to go back up and collect it. This was kind and considerate.

We were on an organized visit to Madrid and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is next to Castilla Square (Plaza de Castilla) and the metro stop is right next to the hotel. Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 intersect here, making it a very communicative place.|The hotel is a business type hotel, quiet and with excellent cleanliness. The employees are very kindly.|The hotel is close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and can be easily visited.|There are many places to eat nearby. Walk along the C de Bravo Mirillo.

Hotel Exe Plaza is a decent choice for a Madrid stay, conveniently situated about 20–30 minutes from the city center and Atocha Station. The hotel’m is sitting literally on top of a subway station and bus terminal, with quick dining options like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Popeyes nearby. We were grateful they allowed us to check in early, and the breakfast offered a nice variety with hot dishes that rotated every few days. The only minor drawback is the lack of a standard supermarket nearby. While there is a Carrefour City in the bus terminal, it tends to be rather expensive. Overall, it is a well-connected and reliable base for exploring the city.

Frankly, over priced and very poor for supposed 4 star. Room ok but no coffee/tea facilities. Breakfast is poor, in an army like canteen. Lifts to floors are slow to arrive so plan leaving early just in case. Appalling
