I was there for a workshop so did not stay there. The guards and other personnel were welcoming. The room and restrooms we had access to were clean and did not smell. The view from the 14th floor conference room was great, you can see Manila Bay and the artificial beach. There was free internet but you need to ask the staff the password to connect. The food was ok. It is walking distance to Rizal Park.

Our stay experience due to a seminar for work is good. The function room and meals served there are good and the staff are very accommodating. Though some of the food during our seminar and half of the dishes served during breakfast are kinda bland and lacks flavor. The rooms we got are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is a bath tub, though small it kinda fulfilled a fun time for my inner child. My only comment for the room is the outlet, there are only 2 outlets available, the ones where the TV is connected and one at the table. No outlets near the beds nor in the bathroom for hair dryer or shaving machine, good thing we got an extension cord but it is still not long enough so we were mostly sitting at the floor than in the bed. The beds are soft and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are quick and accommodating to our needs when we called them.The Windows are a let down for it is just like a big mirror for us inside during night and kinda dim during daytime. Sadly we didn't use the pool due to it is only open until 5pm. All in all, it is a good experience, can be a go back to hotel we will just bring a longer extension cord/s.

Overall: 4/5Location: 4.5/5Very convenient. I stayed here for a 2-day ISO training held in one of their convention rooms, so it was super practical. It’s also right beside Starbucks, which was my go-to for coffee.Value: 4/5Reasonable for a short business stay, but parking has an extra fee.Room: 3/5The hotel feels old and nostalgic — classic elevators and hallways. Bathroom was clean, but the room had a slightly musky smell. Walls seem thin since I could hear a neighboring room’s phone and music.Cleanliness: 5/5Bathroom was neat and well-maintained.Service: 5/5Staff were friendly and accommodating.Facilities: 5/5Convention rooms are functional and convenient for seminars and trainings. The packaged food during the training was also good and complete, from breakfast snacks to lunch and merienda.Final Take:Good option for business stays and trainings. Not the most modern, but convenient and comfortable enough for short trips.

I booked a room for my sister through Bayview Park Hotel Manila's official website because I wanted a smooth experience and to enjoy the perks offered for direct bookings. Unfortunately, there were two disappointing issues. First, the payment policy was inconvenient. The website states that no prepayment is required, but the cardholder must be present at check-in; otherwise, payment must be made in cash. Since I made the reservation from abroad and my sister was the one checking in, she was required to pay in cash. What I find confusing is that the hotel can charge my credit card 100% in the event of a no-show, yet they cannot charge the same card when the guest actually arrives. This policy seems inconsistent and makes it difficult for people booking accommodations for family or friends. Second, after completing the booking, we received a confirmation stating that direct bookings include Free Late Check-out as one of the perks. However, when my sister checked in, she was told that late check-out would require an additional fee. If the benefit is not always available, this should be clearly stated in the booking confirmation. Otherwise, guests naturally expect the hotel to honor what was promised. I hope the hotel reviews these policies and improves communication to avoid confusion for future guests. Clear and consistent information is just as important as good service.

You get what you pay for. I hated this place. Passionately. It smelled terrible. It was super dated. Staff was pretty rude. They left a sheet out where you had to account for the two low quality towels you got by signing for them to ensure you didn't steal them. I'm looking for something redeeming here.... we were looking for an easy place to land after just getting off a flight. Oh, if I could do a take back. We had a light which flickered on and off all night. When we tried to tell reception so no other guest would suffer like we did, they treated us as though we broke something. No, your hotel is just worn down and sad, actually, and we didn't break anything. I'm sure 45 years ago this hotel was located in a nice area or there was some redeeming quality about it. I fail to find a single thing. And, walk either direction and there are homeless people on the streets, so, I'd not advise walking the area at night.

Pros: - The location is great. A lot of nearby pasyalan such as Luneta Park, National Museums and Manila Ocean Park. - The staff are all friendly. - The room is clean and smells nice. - The water pressure is good. - They have hot and cold water. Cons: - Standard Room is small, you should get like their premium rooms to get a bigger space. - Bathroom is small for medium and large built person - Breakfast cost 799 but it's just so so, I can get a hearty breakfast for 800 outside.

We only stayed here for a night, For the room it’s a bit old and but still comfortable it’s not 1000% clean the carpets needs more cleaning and the curtains were a bit dusty, the sink was clogged and the bath tub took a while too drain. We came from a long flight so we just wanna doze off asap but The ac didn’t worked and wasn’t that cold. We can hear people on the other rooms and hallways. For the food we understand inflammation and service and everything lol so price is fine and quantity is okay, the food was good, we enjoyed it. and they made the food as soon as they can. For the staffs? The receptionist we talked to in the morning needs more training and to be more accommodating. But the night one that we called was fine and accommodating, she suggested us food menus, she had responded to the room issue, The issue was our room didn’t get cold at all but the engineer went there asap and got it fixed, we passed by housekeepers doing their job cleaning rooms we we’re greeted good morning and evenings,the servers that delivered our food and water to our room was kind and really sweet. while we’re having breakfast the server offered our toddler a cereal which was very nice and we appreciate him. Overall the room needs renovation, maintenance from the sink and ac and refrigerator. The workers, staffs was nice maybe they need more seminars or trainings but overall it’s not a terrible stay. Are we planing to comeback? Maybe, because it’s very near the us embassy and very accessible. we’re hoping for different (better) experience.

I recently had a wonderful experience with a hotel! The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay so comfortable. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. I was able to walk to so many attractions and restaurants. I truly appreciated how convenient it was to be in the heart of everything. I highly recommend finding a place with great hotel service and a fantastic location for your next trip! 🌟
