We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience! From the very beginning, Reina, Sean, and Diana were incredibly helpful and patient in answering all of my email inquiries, making the booking process much easier. Special thanks to King and Mika at the front desk for their warm welcome, professionalism, and excellent service. I also want to commend the staff member who assisted us during check-out—I unfortunately forgot their name, but they were very pleasant, kind, and made our departure smooth and enjoyable. The team at Heat also deserves recognition for being attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our dining experience. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back, hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Stayed here recently and had no complaints worth mentioning. Room was clean, bed comfortable, blackout curtains functional, AC consistent. Check-in was quick; late checkout granted without hassle. Breakfast had more variety than the price point suggested. Location put transit within walking distance. No performance, just a property that got the basics right. Would book again.

Our overall stay was beyond excellent! You can really feel the luxury and value of what you paid for, from the stunning lobby and relaxing ambiance to the seamless check-in and check-out experience. But what stood out the most for us was the warm and welcoming staff. We really loved how friendly everyone was, they would greet you with a big smile whenever they saw you, which made our stay even more special. They were also very accommodating and even granted our request for a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Special mention to Kei from reception, who was very thoughtful and noticed we had Horizon Club access. She suggested that we check in at the Horizon Lounge and even personally showed us the way. The room was exactly what we requested, including a high-floor room. We also really appreciated that they provided a baby crib and bottle sterilizer for our little one. Next time, though, we’ll make sure to request a room with a better view. Our only concern during the stay was the persistent loud noise coming from above our room. Thankfully, the staff was very accommodating and looked into it when we raised the concern. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful dining experience at HEAT Buffet Restaurant at Edsa Shangri-La, and a big part of that was thanks to Kyle, our server! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kyle was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our meal. He was always ready to assist, checked on us at just the right moments, and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of without us even having to ask. His attention to detail and genuine care really stood out and made our dining experience extra special. Excellent service like his truly makes a difference! Thank you, Kyle, for going above and beyond. HEAT is lucky to have someone like you on the team. We’ll definitely look forward to dining here again! 😊

Had an amazing stay at Edsa Shangri-La! Everything from reservation to check-in was smooth and welcoming—big thanks to Diane, Camille, Sean, and Ms. Marlene for setting the tone. Alec made our early check-in seamless, and Princess went above and beyond to make our room perfect. We also loved the pool, with great service from Wesley and Enzo. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. It was the perfect anniversary stay. Our kids had a great time too. The location is super convenient for shopping, and we’ll definitely be back on our next Manila trip!

We are a party of six adults occupied three rooms while attending a wedding reception. Our initial arrival experience presented some areas for improvement. The availability of only valet parking resulted in extended wait times to access the designated area. Furthermore, the check-in process was characterized by significant queues at the front desk. During this busy period, we observed a manager present who did not appear to be actively assisting with guest flow or offering support to the front desk team, which unfortunately contributed to the slow progression. Despite these initial challenges, the quality of our accommodations was exemplary. All three rooms were consistently clean, notably spacious, and highly functional, providing a very comfortable environment. We extend our sincere commendation to your housekeeping team for their meticulous efforts and attention to detail. The promptness and efficiency of the shoe shine service also proved to be a valuable and appreciated amenity. Our dining experience at HEAT, specifically the breakfast buffet, was truly outstanding. The selection of food and beverages offered was extensive and of exceptional quality, and we found the hosts and servers to be unfailingly professional and attentive. The fitness center facilities were also excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff overseeing this area. The pool and Chi Spa provided wonderful opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. Finally, the overall service received throughout our stay was impeccable, with several individuals deserving special recognition for their exemplary contributions. Front Desk Agent Sophia, Bellman Lambert, Pool Attendant Adonis, Gym Reception Britany and Lobby Ambassador Nudey consistently demonstrated remarkable kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism, significantly enhancing our visit.
