Love this facility. We actually had booked a different place to “try” but had issues and decided to book this place because we knew it wouldn’t disappoint and it didn’t. Every stay we have had has always been amazing. The rooms are starting to show some wear and tear and ultimately just needs an update later but service and location always make this our BGC go to accommodation!

The hospitality was unmatched. Everyone took amazing care of us. Especially Doy and the breakfast staff. He took the time to remember all of our drinks and fruits we loved. We didn’t even have to ask. Our table was reserved for our family even before we got there. They accommodated my mom with her wheelchair and went the extra mile everyday. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. Thank you F1 and Doy!

A really premium-feeling stay with excellent service. The rooms were very well maintained, comfortable and properly air-conditioned, with everything you would expect for a quality hotel stay, including an iron and ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, coffee and tea. The service was the real highlight. The staff were consistently cordial, approachable and helpful with my questions. They genuinely tried to go the extra mile and accommodate requests wherever possible, while still working within their policies and operational constraints. I was greeted with a smile throughout my stay, which makes a big difference. The gym and swimming pools were also very well maintained, and nothing about the property felt shabby or neglected. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas and the overall ambience is polished and relaxing. The location in BGC (Bonifacio Global City) is another major advantage, particularly for business travellers, as it's well connected and close to many office spaces. That said, I'd recommend it just as much for a personal trip. I didn't personally assess the price since my stay was through a corporate arrangement, but the food is on the moderately expensive side, so budget accordingly. Overall, definitely recommended. If this hotel falls within your budget, it's a very solid choice for either a business or leisure stay in Manila.

The rooms were big and clean. Internet was also good as I could use for online meetings. The breakfast some day were good and some days were just ok (food was overcooked) Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge staff Sandy was helpful when asked about something beyond his work. Security was good. With armed guards and also security K9 (milo and axe) Location was very strategic with Malls, eateries all within walking distance

We had a generally pleasant stay at F1 Hotel. Its location is one of its biggest advantages, strategically situated in BGC and just a short walk from the many dining options along 5th Avenue. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and check-out was just as smooth. The hotel is highly accessible and close to many establishments, which made getting around easy. A special mention goes to the pool attendant, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive while my daughter was swimming. She especially enjoyed the bubbles and foam activities in the pool, which made the experience even more memorable for her. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would certainly consider coming back on our next visit.

The rooms are larger than expected. I booked a deluxe double bed room and it's more than sufficient for two people. The bathroom is standard in size and it's water pressure is very high. Both lavatory and shower are heated. Breakfast buffet is standard as well. The food is generally good but the staff is great on helping out guests like asking if they want coffee, water, and other food that they want. Room service ia pretty quick on responding on orders and room cleaning services. I saw comments regarding parking availabilities. I did not have the same experience. They were able to provide me a dedicated parking slot all through out our stay. We were also moving out quite a few times during this but they assigned me my own parking. The location is good but could have a little traffic due to its accessibility to the main road, uptown and high street areas. The only con that I can think of is the price. It is a bit expensive but also taking into consideration that I booked the rooms 2 weeks prior the date. Overall, it was a great experience

My stay at F1 Hotel Manila was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a great selection of delicious food to start the day. I also loved relaxing at the hotel's pool, where I enjoyed the beautiful view overlooking the city skyline. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The only complaint I have is the Wi-Fi policy, which limits access to four devices. As an international traveler with limited mobile data, this was inconvenient since I needed to connect multiple devices during my stay. Increasing or removing the device limit would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall, F1 Hotel Manila provided excellent service, great amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel staff were great. Thank you to Jericho for taking care of us during breakfast and to Jeffrey during the times we had dinner. The location of this hotel was a great advantage. It was so close to St. Luke's and everything else. We really didn't need to go anywhere else. We will definitely stay here again.
