I have nothing but praises for Hyatt Regency Manila. This hotel is truly remarkable not only for its exeptional amenities, location, and ambiance, but most especially for their absurdly amazing team! I would especially like to recognize the following members: ⭐ FRONT DESK TEAM Jacque, Tanya, Nessy, Hazel, Ritz, Marga, Denise, Marianne, Jestin, Jane, Jeena, Louie, Brian, Julia, and Maricor ⭐ CONCIERGE TEAM Alex, Nikki, Bryan, and Kyle ⭐ LIFEGUARDS Roger and Rowell To every single one of you, THANK YOU! ❤️ Your professionalism, warmth, patience, smiles, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. You created an atmosphere where my family felt welcomed and comfortable, and that is something I will genuinely remember. The room in Hyatt is truly outstanding. Spacious, clean, smells great, and completly stocked. Everything that you need to have a relaxing vacation is prepared for you and your family. From the insanely comfortable bed, to the luxurious beddings and pillows that makes you want to sleep longer, to the huge bathroom and bathtub you want to soak in for as long as possible. We enjoyed eveything! Oh and did I mention they have complimentary drinks and snacks? Well they do and its absolutely free unlike other hotels where you need to pay extra for those. One of a kind! Hyatt is truly our home away from home.

Stayed here for two nights for a short business trip, I chose this as this was close to the airport and it had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is giving casino resort vibes, so a good choice if you're into gambling 🎲🎰 I got access to the club lounge, which was really good, plenty of food and beverage options and a comfortable place to relax. I also hit the gym once, and pleasantly surprised, the gym was quite well-rounded and had a variety of machines and equipment for a decent workout!

As soon as we walked in to the lobby we were greeted by by friendly staff. Josh on reception made out. Check nice and easy. He was very friendly and wished us happy anniversary. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was nice and comfy, the bathroom again spacious and clean with a big bath tub. We were nicely surprised surprised by the cake that was sent up with a personalised card wishing us happy anniversary. The wave restraunt was pleasant with friendly staff nice food and a good vibe. The breakfasts good with a good range of option. And again nice staff. The swimming pool was good although busy and with lot of kids. But it. Is what it is. Thank you to the house keeping for putting a little some in our room for our anniversary too. It was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at Hyatt again

Stayed here for two weekend nights as a globalist. The property is exceptionally close to the airport and I was able to get a Grab and be at the property in less than 10 minutes. As a globalist, check in was at the lounge. When I got there, they checked me in but the room wasn’t ready (it was about 11am, so understandable) but they invited me to sit in the lounge while waiting. This property is one of a handful of Hyatt’s exempt from giving suite upgrades to globalists (they say it’s because they have so few), but I did receive an excellent and spacious corner room with floor to ceiling windows on three sides. Bathroom had both a shower and bathtub. The room was very nice. Globalist offered lounge access. Breakfast was offered at the lounge and at the buffet restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered an extremely wide selection of American and Asian foods, though tended to be on the greasy/oily side, especially for cooked items. I appreciated having hot oatmeal, this isn’t routinely available in Asian hotels in my experience. The lounge breakfast option was more intimate with a much smaller buffet and about four items you could order but I just looked. The noontime offering was ok but static, small sandwiches and sweets and they have to make your hot drinks. The late afternoon appetizer and alcohol was better, with about five items you could order but again, very small in portions. Service at this property was very strong. Everyone was warm and responsive. I received a fruit welcome platter and multiple housekeeping visits each day. They gave water plentifully (reusable glass bottles with a somewhat hard to open lid). The room also had a (very Spartan) mini-bar with three sodas, a pineapple juice, a Cup of Noodles, and a small Pringles container. Getting a run in was fairly easy here, as the roads in this area have dedicated bike lanes and you’re close to the water. Sundays are especially great because Manila is continuing to close down streets this day to allow runners full access to the road; they also close off a small part of the road behind the Mall of Asia daily each morning for bicyclists. I easily got an 8-mile out and back run in here (though it was hot!). Property is jointly connected to a casino with multiple restaurants. It’s also a block away from an Ayala mall. Overall, this was a terrific stay and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams wasn't part of our original travel plans, but it ended up being one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've ever had. My 14-year-old daughter and my 73-year-old mother were medically offloaded from our flight home to Houston, leaving us unexpectedly stranded in Manila while we obtained medical clearance to travel. We checked into the Hyatt exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. Instead of simply checking us in, the front desk listened to our story, upgraded our room so the three of us could rest comfortably, and immediately arranged for the hotel's medical concierge to come to our room. The medical concierge was exceptional. He carefully evaluated both my daughter and my mother, answered all of our questions, and helped guide us toward the care we needed. The woman who accompanied him (I unfortunately misplaced her business card) was equally wonderful. She recommended Makati Medical Center for our medical clearance, and the next day she remembered us in the lobby and celebrated with us when we told her we had been cleared to fly. That simple moment meant more than she probably knows. When our rebooked flight left late in the evening, the front desk graciously extended our checkout time so my daughter and mother could continue to rest before another long travel day. Beautiful hotels are everywhere. What makes a hotel unforgettable is its people. Hyatt Regency Manila, City of Dreams reminded us that true hospitality is about compassion, kindness, and caring for people when they're having one of the hardest days of their trip. Fast check in. No hassle. Staffs are very professional, helpful, and quick. My room has free drinks and snacks. But please confirm yours before using. Room is spacious, clean, and updated. Very comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool. Very quiet hotel and peaceful. Even though below is casino, but the hotel is very quiet rooms, safe and peaceful. Toilet is big too. I really think Hyatt Regency at city of dreams is so much better than Nobu hotel.

Terrible experience — Far from 5-star standards It is hard to believe this is a 5-star hotel. The facilities are severely outdated, and the room condition was unacceptable. The shower door wouldn't close properly, leaking water all over the floor outside the bathroom every time I showered, forcing me to cover the area with towels. The TV remote also barely worked. Worst of all was the noise. The train runs right next to the room until early morning, keeping me awake all night. This place completely fails to deliver basic comfort.

The best hotel I've ever been too. The rooms are very good yet must have smart tv. Services is very nice and like the accommodation. The location is close to Ayala malls Manila Bay.
