I visited my parents, who are currently staying at this hotel, and was impressed by its overall ambiance and appearance. The place was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff were accommodating, and the facilities looked nice. I would also like to recognize Gerom Bajado for assisting us at the pool, JM for kindly providing us with a bowl of fruits, Jade for being so helpful and accommodating, and Julius, an intern from Fitness and Health, for answering our inquiries. Their kindness and attentiveness made our visit even more pleasant. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

We just finished our 2nd staycation at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic again. The hotel is excellent and my family really enjoyed every moment. Special shoutout to Czaira at Reception — we remember her as an intern last year, and now she’s doing an amazing job. Also big kudos to Eric at Concierge. His positive energy and happy vibes have been consistent from last year right through to this year. And thank you to The Continental Club team: Andre, Aila, Azi & Teddy for the birthday cake. That surprise made the celebration extra special.Overall, the stay was great and all the staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel!Thank you ❤️Baldemor Family

Great, convenient location with a spacious and luxurious design, making it easy to access the nearby shopping mall. The rooms themselves are very spacious, and the customer service is excellent. However, the room amenities and facilities are outdated and showing signs of wear and tear. The linens and towels felt quite old, and some even had frayed edges.

We had a wonderful anniversary stay at Marco Polo Ortigas! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Ms. Suzane for being so kind and helpful to our family. Our son especially loved the swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary and would definitely love to come back! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at Marco Polo Ortigas! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, clean facilities, and excellent service. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. Service was always fast and efficient. Special thanks to the staff at the swimming pool area for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially to the children. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing complimentary fresh fruits to guests at the pool area. It was such a nice touch that made our experience even more enjoyable! My husband and I had had a very stressful and exhausting past few months and needed a break. We thought of checking into a hotel not far from our place and with an indoor pool, since it had been raining non-stop the whole week. We decided on Marco Polo Ortigas since the pool looked great in the photos on Agoda, plus I had been a regular guest at the Marco Polo Davao when it still existed over a decade ago and really enjoyed each stay there. Our two-night stay at Marco Polo Ortigas did not disappoint -- in fact, it was PERFECT. The interiors were quietly elegant, not pretentious or "in-your-face"; our 36th floor room was so cozy that we felt right at home, and the expansive east-facing view made us feel we had so much room to breathe; the pool was even better than we'd expected from the photos (we were able to swim laps!), and the gym and locker room were well-equipped and spotless; and the breakfast buffet, with its variety and quality, was among the best we've experienced in our travels. But most of all, we were impressed by the service. Standouts were Marjorie, who set the tone for our stay when she checked us in, giving us a balance of warmth, genuineness and professionalism -- and who very pleasantly helped upgrade us from a room with a view; Arvie, who was attentive without being intrusive, taking care of us when we hung out by the pool all morning, even offering us smoothies and cut fruit; and Kate, who communicated very warmly and clearly when she gave me an overview of the fitness center, spa, and pool on our first evening. I should also mention JM and Paul at the pool; Joshua at the front desk; all the hardworking dining staff (including the interns) at the breakfast buffet; the guest services officer on the phone (I forgot her name, sorry to say) who agreed to a late check-out for us; and everyone behind the scenes (housekeeping, kitchen, you name it) who made this stay truly exceptional. In a time when the service industry is dominated by rote spiels and trying to do too much, and where attempts at being luxurious and classy easily cross into tackiness and trying too hard, Marco Polo Ortigas definitely sets itself apart and knows what it's doing. 10/10 would definitely stay again, and 10/10 would definitely recommend.

My experience at the gym and health department was amazing! I got an excellent service and warm reception of Mr JM Moran who is very skilled at his job. He helped me manage sciatica pain during my stay at the hotel and I highly recommend him. I also recommend the services of Kenneth, Kate and Aubrey who received me warmly at the gym. The room attendant by the name John made our room clean always. We recommend his as well. They are valuable staff of the team.

Our stay here was excellent. Amazing staff (the man at the front who helps with directions with the thick eyebrows and the lady in the lobby/elevators that helps who has the wonderful smile) who made the stay here pleasant and friendly. Very satisfied with cleanliness of all of the spaces. The massage center and fitness centers were satisfactory! The breakfast buffet is delicious, filling, with many options to choose from. And the view was breathtaking.
