Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Seda Vertis North, although my experience before check-in could have been better. I booked through Agoda and initially had an issue with the number of guests on my booking. I was referred back and forth between Agoda and the hotel before it was finally explained and resolved within 48 hours. I also had some difficulty when calling the hotel to ask about room amenities. I was transferred twice and had to repeat my questions each time, as the details didn't seem to be properly passed along. Once I arrived, though, everything went smoothly. Check-in was fast, the hotel smelled great and looked elegant, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety, especially Filipino options such as longganisa, tapa, tocino, eggs, champorado, lugaw, dried fish, taho, and different breads and cereals. Overall, while the pre-arrival communication could be improved, the actual stay was very pleasant. The facilities, room, breakfast, and service during the stay were all good.

Had a really pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup had everything I needed for a short stay. I hope there is an option for additional lights when needed. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. I also appreciated the cleanliness and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Although it was only a one-night stay, I was able to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing experience. Overall, it was a great stay and definitely worth coming back to.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived before 2pm and they let us checked in early and we're surprised that we got a complimentary mango tart and it really proves that they read our note that we are celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Breakfast is bountiful. My husband and I really loved the selection of food. Pool, steam, and sauna are great too. They're not crowded and really relaxing. Check out went smooth as well. I highly recommend and we will definitely go back. 🤍

Lobby service was very friendly. There was a long line for check in Saturday but it is understandable since it was a special peak weekend.Rooms are refreshingly still new. Pool towel service needs improvement, hence, the 4 stars in amenities. Elevators are also a bit packed during peak check out time. Food (Mistra or Mista) is superb, both for breakfast and dinner.If you plan to book and is having second thoughts, go ahead and book.

We had a wonderful experience at Seda Vertis North, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent customer service. A special thank you to John from the Restaurant Department for his warm welcome, attentiveness, and professionalism. His excellent customer service made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our visit. I would also like to give special recognition to Ms. Shey at the VIP Lounge on the 23rd floor, who was assigned to assist us during breakfast. She was warm, attentive, and professional, helping make our morning dining experience pleasant and enjoyable. We would also like to sincerely thank the management of Seda Vertis North for the thoughtful cake presented to my husband. This kind gesture was a wonderful surprise and made our celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciated the generosity and thoughtfulness behind it. These personal touches and genuine care for guests are what make a hotel stand out. Thank you to John, Ms. Shey, the management, and the entire Seda Vertis North team for making us feel special and creating such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate your excellent service and look forward to returning. Highly recommended for the wonderful hospitality and outstanding customer service!

The hotel isn't really a 5 star experience. The rooms are literally falling apart, bed was ripped, cabinets not in great condition, dirty old bed lamps. The breakfast buffet was very underwhelming, not so much choice. Lobby and staff was good, very quick and helpful. Overall not worth it's price, a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

We booked a one-night stay here specifically looking for a nice backdrop to take photos of our kids playing. I brought a very basic setup-a single mirrorless camera and two compact off-camera flashes with small magnetic diffusers, with no bulky gear-yet management stopped us from using it. What made this frustrating was that this restriction wasn't clearly stated anywhere in their rules; having transparent guidelines upfront would have avoided the issue entirely. Not wanting to ruin the trip, I just complied. On the bright side, the food and service were excellent, and the grounds are lovely. However, our bathroom had a strong urine odor, which we tolerated since we were only staying one night. The overall disappointment ruined the mood, so we didn't take any photos.

we checked in around 10 pm. the front desk staff and bellboy were very attentive and helpful. we did expect a little more from the room and amenities, especially since its a 5 star hotel. we ordered pizza from their 24-hour restaurant. which was a nice option since most of the restaurants nearby were already closed. very easy to order (we just scanned the qr displayed on the side drawers), front desk rang the phone to confirm and food was ready in less than 35 minutes. the all-meat pizza was pretty decent. overall, it was a lovely stay. we just wish we got to enjoy more of the hotel's amenities. especially the outdoor pool and playground, but unfortunately, it was rainy during our stay. hopefully, we can come back on a better-weather day and experience more of what the hotel has to offer.
