Stayed for 11 nights (9th Feb until 20th Feb 2019). The hotel has a great location. You're spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat as the hotel is a stone throw away from Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. Also the hotel has its own restaurant which I would also recommend. There's a mini-mart 7/11 across the road which is open 24 hours if you're ever feeling peckish. Had no problem with the Front Desk staff or housekeeping. The room had plenty of natural light and was spacious. The aircon was great and was surprised to see a mini fridge in the room great for keeping drinks cool. Constructively, I would say that the mattress protector needs replacing and the shower could have been better if it had a stronger pressure. Also there's a charge to print off boarding pass which I hope shouldn't be the case for any hotel. The hotel would benefit from a refurbishment to realise its potential as it has already hospitable staff and great location. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

The hotel was very disappointing. We checked in but didn’t even stay for an hour. We were shown another room, but both rooms were not suitable to stay in, especially with kids. There was a centipede in the bathtub and stains. There was no security guard present, and the hotel lobby didn’t even have air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable. We ended up transferring to another hotel in the same price range that was much cleaner and more comfortable. Although the location is near malls, it does not make up for how unsafe and unclean the hotel felt. We will definitely not book here again. Spare your self from stress.

I chose this hotel due to its location and price. It is an old hotel but it was clean and spacious inside. There is room for improvement, but it’s a one night stay so it’s good for its price. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Stayed at E Hotel with lover, and we were really satisfied! The twin room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great air-con and cozy beds. The location is super convenient, with restaurants nearby and shopping malls just around the corner. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable — excellent value for money. A great choice for business trips or group stays. Will definitely return! Bobo Wei

I think they don’t maintain their rooms like they should. The tv picture was not clear in any room, if you look in the back the tv was just a wire Jerry-rigged into the set.the water was not hot in the bathroom, and the listed amenities not provided. This hotel is lazy, the staff is lazy, does not even open the door when you need it, they are all on their mobile.There are cheaper, more comfortable affordable rooms, and there are rooms with the same price that are also comfy. 0/5.

Lobby looks like it's from 1970s 😄I don't understand the bad reviews here. Rooms are not so bad and really spacious. We booked this place because we had an electricity problem at home and it's the cheapest on booking.com. The location is great, just a few steps away to Greenbelt. The deal breaker is the absence of a bidet in the toilet. Staff said they already told the owner but it seems the Korean owner doesn't want to listen. Parking is free on a first come, first serve basis. Our room was also by the side of the road and it was REALLY NOISY

The location of the hotel was amazing - near Greenbelt. Although it would be great to have the hotel renovated as there’s a lot of signs of outdating.
