(Translated by Google) A beautiful villa stands a 10-minute walk from the old town. Right next to a quiet care hotel for Capuchin friars and a Lyceum for art studies. With a charming approach lane. And a spacious view of the gorge and river. The nobility used to stay here. Hence the serious reproductions of famous painters on the walls of our spacious room? And details: beautiful earthenware for tea. The previous owner had an eye for detail. His two daughters continue the tradition. And they offer lovely local breakfast products. A fine bakery! We are enjoying our delayed honeymoon here (40 years later) and head into town every day, only to return home here afterwards.

(Translated by Google) It's become my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Matera and its surroundings. The experience was impeccable, both for the beauty of the entire villa, the surrounding landscape (the property directly overlooks a spectacular ravine), and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. We ate deliciously, with typical local dishes prepared upon request. I recommend the property for both couples and families. The villa is historic and, in my opinion, stunning, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. It's just a few kilometers from the city center. An experience I absolutely must repeat!

(Translated by Google) There's nothing I'd change about this beautiful home overlooking the Murgia plateau. And for those who love hiking, the Sassi are easily accessible with a pleasant stroll along a limited-traffic road. The property is extremely convenient for those with a car...it's impossible not to find parking within walking distance. Delicious sweet and savory breakfasts (the plain croissants are fantastic!) offer personalized options, while always maintaining a commitment to "no waste." Many, many compliments to the very kind and helpful owners!

The property has a rural feel, updated with a modern twist, with several fruit trees welcoming you at the entrance. The clean and modern rooms offer excellent comfort, ensuring a rejuvenating rest. The well-managed spaces are just outside the center of Matera, which is also within walking distance. (Translated by Google) My wife and I spent a weekend at Villa Sine Tempore. They were very welcome, courteous, and helpful. Each room is decorated in a different style, extremely clean, and comfortable. Ours had a generously sized shower, a bathroom stocked with high-quality products (soap, shampoo, etc.), and plenty of towels. The room also features a small fridge with a few beverages, a kettle with a selection of teas and herbal teas, and a hairdryer. The rooms are quiet and well-air-conditioned, with key cards. The location is quiet, with a breathtaking view from the terrace. The garden is large and features various fruit trees. It's easily accessible, and there's plenty of parking in front of the entrance. The Sassi and the city center are within easy reach, and can be reached quickly. Thanks to Teresa and her sisters for a peaceful and relaxing weekend.
