Lovely hotel with a great location to make all the sights of Melbourne easily accessible on foot if you don't mind a walk, alternatively there is a tram stop very close by. Wonderful breakfast loads of choice and plenty of space to sit. Bedroom was large and comfortable but lacking some basic essentials, nowhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom or pegs on the backs of doors, no complementary shaving kits, dental kits or water.

Great location for the conference that was held there. The park next door is absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, though I would have loved a bath. The staff were very friendly. |I would not stay here if you have a sensitivity to fragrance, they pump it through the aircon, so it’s pretty intense.|Also the breakfast was very basic and unexciting.

Lovely warm feel about this hotel. Tram and train at doorstep and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Mardi on Reception checked me who was so lovely to engage with. Hotel is clean and in a great location. My bed was super comfy and had a great view of the iconic MCG and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. One of the biggest highlights was the restaurant — the food was amazing, and the brunch was excellent. A special thank you to Tony and Delphine, who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. Their professionalism and hospitality really stood out. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely recommend the Pullman and would happily stay here again!

Was welcomed warmly at reception and despite being busy check-in was efficient and straight to the room. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was also easy to navigate and well appointed. Bets were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was fine. The disappointment of the stay was that the executive lounge was far too overcrowded and wasn't enjoyable at all for the evening cocktail session. How much bigger space is needed. Despite this the stay was lovely and would definitely come back again. All staff we interacted with were lovely. There is a tram stop with regular services to the CBD right outside the door. A bit of confusion when checking out as even though I had booked a prepaid rate my card hadn't been charged... this is confusing. This hotel is good option for your stay in Melbourne if you want to be within striking distance of the CBD but not immersed in it. Perfect for sporting events at the MCG just across the road.

My partner and I had a wonderful and relaxing staycation here to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful weekend. We enjoyed our room, the amenities, the view, the vibe, and the service (perhaps most important of all). We stayed in a Premium Superior Room with a great view of the MCG. The service was very friendly and thoughtful. When we checked in to our room, they had left us a wonderful note and a slice of cake as we were celebrating our anniversary. The bed was spacious and comfy, the robes were soft, the couch by the window was nice to sit and relax in, and the rain shower was relaxing. Being so close to Fitzroy Gardens, Jolimont station and the city was perfect, especially when we had to go and come back from our events in the city. Perhaps the only letdown of sorts was the quality of the food (breakfast and room service). It definitely was not bad, but more just average overall. I hope they can step up their game on this front, but I don’t think it affected our overall experience too much. Would highly recommend if you’re after a staycation. All the staff were really warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Staff was super friendly and nice. I made a small error in my booking and called the reception to get it amended and they were very helpful and understanding in making the change. We also got a cute cake slice as it was our anniversary and due to our dietary restrictions they even replaced it with a fruit platter. Sauna / Steam / Gym were clean and nice ameneties to have. Room was clean, spacious and had the best views of the MCG and city. Lobby area was also beautiful. Hotel is very well located close to tram stop and the CBD.

I stayed twice at Pullman Melbourne on the park. I was so happy with my stay both times I was upgraded to the executive level looking over Fitzroy Gardens for my second day with an incredible view. Shout out to Lana, who is so friendly, professional and helpful. All the staff were great, but she really stood out. The beds are super comfortable as other pillows. Shower and amenities were great. Rooms were spacious, well equipped. Coffee machine was a nice addition every morning. I preferred the view over Fitzroy Gardens, but both rooms had lovely outlooks. The area around the hotel felt safe to me and I loved walking Fitzroy Gardens every day. The hotel did get busy with events on at the MCG, but the hotel is big enough that it didn’t really matter. My only complaint was the sauna and steam room were a little bit dated and didn’t smell great. The gym was a little small as well. The outdoor pool looked nice, but it was too cold to swim in June.
