My stay at Camino Real Pedregal exceeded all expectations. I traveled to support the Colombian national team, and the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were greeted with personalized touches, including a thoughtful note and a complimentary fruit arrangement in our room celebrating Colombia, which made our experience truly special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day in Mexico City. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the General Manager. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine interest in the guests reflected the culture of excellence that the entire team embodies. It is clear that strong leadership plays an important role in the outstanding service provided throughout the hotel. What made this stay exceptional were the small, thoughtful gestures that cannot be expected but are never forgotten. Camino Real Pedregal made us feel at home, and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

The room has a coffee maker but you can't use tap water to make the coffee. If you want more drinking water you have to pay for it. So basically you're SOL if you want coffee but you drank your meagre amount of water overnight.

The hotel is moderns. It has amenities and great customer service. Unfortunately, it is in front of a busy freeway with no options to eat but the hotel’s only restaurant with a limited menu. There is a shopping mall on the other side of the freeway but because of the freeway it is hard to access it by foot.

just opposite to an upscale shopping center (Artz) and very close to another shopping center Perisur. Rooms are spacious, nice, clean and quiet, very convenient. The picture is the view from my room.

Recently stayed at the Camino Real Pedregal for medical reasons. Hospital Angeles Pedregal is a few meters away. The hotel is dated, but comfortable. The room was a nice size and very clean, and the bed was excellent. The shower drain was slow, but never overflowed. The room cabinetry showed its age. It was quiet...a real plus...and the staff was very accommodating.

Never seen so many hotel employees on their phone at the same time. Had to wait 5+ minutes to order a beer at the restaurant because every single waiter was on their phone and not looking. I also had to wait over an hour and a half for my room to be ready.

Hotel is in great location with an upscale mall across the highway that connects much of the city.. Staff are all very kind & attentive. Quality of food is great, with only complaint being the lukewarm temp of the hot foot items in breakfast buffet. The hotel is starting to show a need for updating, starting with the check-in time which needs to be shortened. The a/c system needs an overhaul as it rarely works (we've been there many times over the past 15 yrs). The shower enclosure needs to be fitted with something that will prevent water from getting out to the bathroom floor & the carpeting needs to be changed, although I did see maintenance personnel steam cleaning another room. The personnel are all very nice & attentive! Don't forget to tip the cleaning personnel upon checkout! With a few changes/upgrades, the hotel is an excellent option. Hope I can give it 5 stars next time!

My room was in very poor condition. The furniture and carpet were old, and the carpet had visible stains. The bathroom tub faucet didn’t work properly, so I had to fill the tub using the shower head instead of the lower faucet. The drain also didn’t work, so I had to plug it manually, and at one point the bathroom smelled like sewage—very unpleasant and unsanitary. The refrigerator did not include a freezer, which forced me to dispose of my wife’s stored breastmilk. The window only had a blackout curtain and was missing the translucent one that all the other rooms had, so there was no way to have natural light while maintaining privacy. Even the tissue box had only a single tissue in it. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. For the price and brand reputation, I expected basic cleanliness, properly functioning facilities, and consistent room standards. This was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.
