Tripadvisor· 3 weeks agoWe had a fantastic 11 night holiday here recently The staff are absolutely amazing and can't do enough for you. Unfortunately we can't remember everyone's name but every member of staff we met were lovely. The following were absolutely brilliant Edwin, Reuben, Antonio, Esther, Luis, Abdiel, Daniel, gregorio, Suvi and tonny. Also Jose who did an excellent job of cleaning our room and Belkim our ambassador. There was also another man in the beach house beginning with A. With it being a small resort we got to know the staff really well and they remember what you like to drink. We also love the fact that because it was a small resort we got to know a lot of the guests and made some really good friends. We found the food good, especially Rita's and the drinks were premium brands. We tried many different cocktails and enjoyed the Jack Daniels! We also liked using the points at Joe Merchants. We took part in quite a few activities, and there were some good bands in the evening. We especially enjoyed the silent disco, it was so much fun. We just want to thank everyone for their hard work and making our holiday so special and a big shout out to all the lovely people we met. Our son came with us. He is 14 and we were worried he would get bored as there were hardly any children but he had the best time ever. Everyone was so good with him x

It was truly the best trip ever, and our large group of coworkers had such an amazing time from start to finish. The resort, atmosphere, food, drinks, and overall experience made it a trip we’ll be talking about for a long time! A huge shoutout to Joaquín, and our bartender, Abdiel, who went above and beyond to make our stay so special. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Their service and personalities added so much to our experience, and we couldn’t have asked for better people looking after our group. Traveling with a large group can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything feel effortless and enjoyable. Joaquín and Abdiel especially made us feel welcomed, remembered, and appreciated throughout our stay. We are already talking about coming back! Thank you to the entire Margaritaville Cancun team, and especially Joaquín and Abdiel, for making this the best trip ever!

Tripadvisor· 2 weeks agoThe Butler service was outstanding. Joaquin was on top of everything and very pleasant. If we needed anything or had an issue, he made sure to get it resolved quickly. Joaquin turned our trip around and made this experience one to remember. Thank you Sr Joaquin for your dedication and hard work. Hats off to the head Chef Sr Julio who made outstanding dishes and also made this trip one to remember. Your work is greatly appreciated. Until next time

Tripadvisor· a month agoThis is a beautiful resort and the location is great! Service is top notch. Have never met more friendly people. When here you should definitely get a hold of Joaquin one of the butlers as he goes above and beyond for the guest, also Angel, the bartender is phenomenal... He just kept moving around from bar to bar though so it was difficult to find him 🤣 there were two of us couples on this trip and we were all very impressed with pretty much everything. Can't wait to return! The rooms were nice and spacious. The beach was beautiful, pools could be a little deeper hahaha. The food was good, nothing extraordinary but it is an all-inclusive so as far as all inclusives go the food was pretty good. We stayed for a week and found there was plenty of variety any longer than that and we may have been wanting other things. Joe, merchants is fine. Just like at any other Margaritaville has what I need to stock my mini fridge.

Trip.com· 11 months agoVery clean! Pool water was freezing!!! Could not really enjoy the pool. Staff were great and so was the buffet. We went to relax and thats just what we did.

Joaquin was our butler, and I truly cannot say enough about the level of service he provided. He went above and beyond for our entire party of 15 and made us feel like we were more than just guests—by the end of the trip, he genuinely felt like part of our family.|The food was phenomenal! The brick-oven pizza and tomahawk steak were both top-notch, and our dinner on the beach was absolutely perfect and one of the highlights of the trip.|From the amazing service to the food and overall experience, this was easily a 10/10 vacation. I honestly cannot think of a single reason not to recommend this resort, and we would absolutely return again. Thank you, Joaquin, for helping make this trip so memorable!

Tripadvisor· a month agoJoaquin and Abdiel were amazing and so very attentive on our work trip. They met our requests over and over. Needed to change dinner time, wanting to get food delivered , off property requests , etc. We are a large group and trying to keep us happy is no small task. They rose to the occasion and delivered on all levels. Their customer service was top notch and a main reason why our stay was above par. The property is gorgeous and speaks for itself but their service combined created long lasting memories for us as a large group! Well done guys 🙌
