I have been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years. Great location. The hotel is getting old, but still is great value for the money you pay. Breakfast bufffet is excellent, quality and cost wise. Overall services is good, almost excellent.

When reserving this hotel during this past 2026 World Cup I had one thing in mind...a hotel that has a view or REFORMA to see the celebrations. I was more than satisfied. Rooms had that luxurious 80's vibes feel and were very clean.

This is a very nice hotel with very nice and personable staff. Regarding the location, we felt very safe during the day. We were only out at night for a short time, but there were people out and about because of the World Cup, so we weren't uncomfortable. There were plenty of televisions set up throughout the building to view the World Cup matches. (in restaurants, bars, lobbies) I think the pillows and the towels need to be replaced, but despite being somewhat old, they were clean. I should have paid more attention when I booked this hotel, because the rooms do not have a microwave or mini-fridge, so that is my fault. The wifi was very weak, and we could not stream our own entertainment, nor even download a book from our library. These were important issues because the only tv stations we could find in English were CNN and Fox News (who wants only news when on vacation?). (Also, the free wifi worked better than the password-protected wifi.)

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The check-in process was extremely slow and disorganized, which set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself is very outdated—the rooms feel like they’re stuck in the 1980s and clearly have not been maintained to a modern standard. The biggest issue was that our room had no working air conditioning. After someone came up and “looked” at it, nothing was actually fixed. We were then told there were no other rooms available in our category, which was hard to believe given that the hotel did not appear busy during a midweek stay. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in poor condition. The shower door wouldn’t close, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor, and the shower head didn’t function properly either. Jovita at the front desk was especially unhelpful and rude. She made a show of looking for a manager, only to return and tell us there was nothing they could do. That level of service is unacceptable. If I’m paying for a room advertised with air conditioning, I expect it to work. The room temperature was sitting at 25°C (77°F), and the only solution offered was an OLD DIRTY barely working fan that did little to help. Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here—beware.

We use this hotel for an event every year and their staff does a great job. The location is good and has plenty of options around for lunches and dinners my only complaints is they do notbhave refrigerators in all of the rooms. With not being able to drink the water I want cold drinks available to me through the night. Not having the refrigerators makes that difficult.

Response from the property

Hi Dave, thanks for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you enjoy our location and the service during your events. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future improvements. Looking forward to seeing you again next year!

Terrible Experience – Uninhabitable Room and Poor Handling I booked this hotel through Booking.com as a Partner Offer with WOZOZO TRAVEL TECHNOLOGY AG. Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning was completely broken. Despite the listing promising a comfortable stay, the room was uninhabitable. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff and left the property right away. I contacted Booking.com for assistance and a refund, but they refused to help, stating it was a partner booking and they couldn’t do anything. This was a complete waste of money and extremely disappointing. No one should have to deal with these conditions after paying for a proper room. I strongly advise against booking here, especially through Partner Offers.

I stayed at Sevilla Palace because my graduation took place there, it was convenient, rooms are okay, pillows are not comfortable, it was clean but the water from the shower keeps licking in the rest of the bathroom, it was just ok, staff was nice and specially at the event we had a blast, great food, nice salon and food and drinks were great. Another good thing was the location, walking distance to lots of attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.
