From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable. I especially appreciated Arnaldo, who took such great care of me and receive such thoughtful service. The wellness circuit I did was incredible. I left feeling like a million bucks! One of my favorite parts was being able to go for a dip in the ocean afterward. You also have access to the resort’s pool if you prefer, which makes the whole experience feel even more special. As someone who really appreciates sustainability, I was impressed by how thoughtfully it was incorporated throughout the experience. From the water-saving showers and convenient free water refill stations (with great quality water) to the eco-friendly cups, the details really stood out. They even provide spa sandals made from upcycled plastic, which I thought was such a great touch. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were also sustainably made, but more importantly, they were genuinely great quality. Overall, it was a beautiful experience that combined wellness, hospitality, and sustainability in a way that felt thoughtful rather than forced. I would absolutely recommend Carillon Wellness Resort and will definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. The spa and wellness facilities are beautiful, and the entire atmosphere feels peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. I had the opportunity to experience a facial using Germaine de Capuccini products, and I was extremely impressed with both the treatment and the results. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward. What stood out most was the warmth and knowledge of the team. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my visit. As someone who works in the spa industry, I especially appreciated the quality of the treatments, the variety of wellness offerings, and the overall guest experience. It was inspiring to see such a comprehensive approach to spa and wellness. Thank you Tammy, Natalie and the entire Carillon team for such a memorable day. I would absolutely recommend Carillon Miami Wellness Resort to anyone looking for an exceptional spa and wellness experience.

First and foremost Dabel from the outside pool service area gets 5 stars for his exceptional service and stellar personality and making our post massage pool experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 50 minute massage treatments. Well done. Our lunch experience at the Strand was great as well. The Spa amenities are 4 stars though. There is a very serviceable locker room and steam room, Finish sauna, etc but the Cooling room had a ladder in it and the general vibe in the men's spa was not overly impressive and a bit dated. It gets a B+ for sure but can't give it a grade A. Everyone is very professional and nice and I would recommend coming here and appreciate the day at the spa. We didn't stay at hotel so I can not comment on the rooms.

What a wonderful experience at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort! From the moment I checked in, Crystal at the front desk made me feel genuinely welcomed with her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Nereida in Housekeeping was equally outstanding—thoughtful, warm, and incredibly attentive throughout my stay. Both deserve special recognition for their dedication to guests. The Bryte smart bed was incredible, I slept exceptionally well and truly experienced restorative sleep. The service throughout the hotel is a wonderful representation of the Carillon brand. This was the perfect post-cruise destination, and I’ve already decided I’ll be staying here again on my next visit to Miami Beach. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Carillon Miami Wellness Resort. I booked a facial with Kim, and she was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly professional, kind, sweet, and attentive, and she made the entire experience feel relaxing and special from beginning to end. I truly enjoyed every minute of the treatment, and I was also very impressed with the quality of the products they use. One of the best parts is that your spa experience also gives you access to their beautiful thermal circuit, including the Turkish bath, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation areas where you can enjoy tea and simply disconnect for a while. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well located in Miami Beach. Everything feels clean, calm, and designed around wellness and relaxation. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. And if you’re booking a facial, I highly recommend asking for Kim. she truly made the experience exceptional.

I genuinely don't understand how this property has so many recent 5-star reviews because my experience was dramatically different. The hotel feels extremely dated, the website photos do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property, and the spa is nowhere near the luxury experience the hotel advertises. The hallways were hot and humid throughout our stay, which added to the overall feeling that the property wasn't being well maintained. I will say, our room was clean, which is impressive considering it doesn't seem like this hotel has been renovated since 1999. The thermal circuit was particularly disappointing. It is located in a worn and dingy locker room with low ceilings and no natural light. It feels more like an aging health club than a luxury spa. For example, tiles were falling off the hot tub in multiple places, and the benches in the sauna were dark and weathered. It wasn't an inviting place to relax to say the least. The staff we encountered were nice, but this isn't the kind of luxury hotel where someone greets you when you arrive or hands you a bottle of water on your way out. For context, I typically stay at newer luxury properties like the St. Regis Longboat Key. If that's the level of experience you're expecting, this isn't even close. We also discovered a new scratch on our car after using the valet. Although the staff said there were photos that could verify whether the damage was new, no one could find them. They also refused to give us the manager's name or phone number, insisting they could only take our contact information and have him reach out to us later. It was a strange way to handle the situation, and it didn't leave me with much confidence that anyone would follow up. Overall, it was a bizarre experience, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

This was my fourth stay at the Carillon, and unfortunately, the experience has declined tremendously in both quality and value. From the moment we checked in, the level of hospitality felt far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. The front desk interaction was cold and impersonal, and despite mentioning that we were celebrating our anniversary, it was never acknowledged at any point during our stay. We were also assigned a particularly disappointing room. Having first stayed here in 2017, what is most noticeable is how little the property seems to have evolved since then. The rooms feel dated and are clearly in need of renovation, with multiple signs of wear and deterioration both inside the room and throughout the property. More concerning than the physical condition, however, is the service. Much of the staff seemed undertrained, and the overall level of attention, warmth, and professionalism simply did not feel consistent with a luxury five-star experience. I have returned to the Carillon several times because I genuinely enjoyed it in the past, which makes the decline especially disappointing. At the current price point, the experience no longer feels worth the cost. Sadly, I believe this was our last stay.
