Amazing 6 nights at this hotel! Valet parking was very efficient! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Front desk staff at check in were prompt and efficient. Lobby is welcoming and huge! Forgot to take photos of the hotel but everything was clean and updated. Room was spacious enough for our family of four. Will stay again next time I’m in Miami!

Great hotel, clean and comfortable beds. Amazing pool to chill out at after a long day of sightseeing; we could walk to Bayside in around 15 -20 minutes. The staff were friendly and mde all the difference; the views of the city were fab too. There was a Publix across the road for stocking up on snacks and a decent deli. Thank you for a great stay.

We made the mistake of booking a different hotel than the Hilton for our vacation to Miami and had to change hotels mid-trip. Thankfully, there was room at this Hilton. The staff here was phenomenal. Brittany at the front desk made it especially easy on us to check in and get taken care of. She also chatted with us and made us feel beyond welcome. The room here was clean and comfortable! Way to make us Hilton members for good. Thank you!

Had a great stay at Hilton Miami. The view from the room was amazing, with beautiful views of downtown Miami and the seaside cruise area. The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby and the famous beaches only about 15 minutes away. A comfortable place to stay while exploring Miami!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Hilton Miami Downtown We had an incredible stay at the Hilton Miami Downtown! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The GSA who checked us in was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond by offering us an early check‑in and sharing really helpful information about the area. The team members who handled our bags as we were leaving were also fantastic—super professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. We spent quite a bit of time at the lobby bar, and the entire bar and service team were exceptional. The martinis were delicious, the bar menu was great, and the service made it even better. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and our room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. Overall, we loved this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Let me start out by saying the hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. We had a cruise we were going on and spoke with the front desk about leaving my car in their parking lot while we were away. They informed me that it would be $45 dollars a day which i thought was a reasonable price considering location and such so I decided to do that. When I arrived back to pick up my car I was charged $60 a day. The head front desk person told me that the $45 price was only for guests and if you weren't staying there it was $60 a night. Its crazy how 3 different employees told me that it would be $45 a night (all knew i was going on a cruise and wouldnt be there) I could see one employee getting it wrong but 3? What really disappointed me was the way Jose spoke to me. He had a attitude the whole time and was very dismissive. He offered no apology for the confusion and went to say in a very rude way that I could either pay the $300 or find another way to get home. Hilton is such a beautiful place to stay and this incident really upset me. I cant believe they have someone so rude in charge. Im not one to complain but it was crazy how much attitude he gave me

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hilton and the level of customer service I received. On my first night, I had food delivered. Although the delivery driver was not permitted to bring it to my room, I went downstairs to pick it up without issue. The following day, I called to extend my stay while I was getting ready for work. During that time, I had two deliveries on the way. The first was brought upstairs by a bellhop, who was visibly rude and had an unpleasant attitude while telling me that deliveries were not allowed to be brought to guest rooms. Even more concerning, my delivery drivers informed me that hotel staff told them not to leave any deliveries because they would be thrown away. This was completely unacceptable and created unnecessary confusion and stress. Shortly afterward, my second delivery arrived, forcing me to leave my room again while I was already on a tight schedule. When I went downstairs, I realized I also needed a new key card. After waiting in line, I explained to the front desk that my belongings were upstairs because I had unexpectedly needed to leave my room for the delivery. Instead of assisting me, I was met with more attitude and was told I needed to provide my ID before they could issue a new key. I explained that I would have had my ID with me if I hadn’t been forced to leave my room because of the delivery situation. Rather than handling the situation with understanding, security was sent to escort me back to my room so I could retrieve my ID. When we arrived at my room, housekeeping was attempting to service it despite the fact that I had clearly stated multiple times that morning that I did not want housekeeping. The repeated lack of communication, poor customer service, and unnecessary obstacles caused significant delays and ultimately resulted in me missing an important work event. What should have been a simple hotel stay became an incredibly frustrating experience because of the way your staff handled multiple situations. I expect much better from Hilton. The dismissive attitudes, inconsistent handling of deliveries, the instruction to my delivery drivers that their deliveries would be thrown away if left at the hotel, and the overall lack of consideration for a guest’s time were unacceptable. Your staff’s actions directly contributed to me missing a work commitment, and I believe appropriate compensation is warranted. I would appreciate someone from Hilton contacting me promptly to resolve this matter.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights after a flight delay caused us to miss our connection home. We arrived at 1pm and were able to check in early. We were given a spacious corner room on a high floor with great views of the Miami skyline. The hotel is in a convenient location, with easy access to downtown, Wynwood, and the airport. We ate dinner at the hotel bar both nights. The food was decent The hotel is showing a little age in places but, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. We would stay here again if we needed a hotel in the downtown area.
