A Wonderful Stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami! The spa was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful harbor views. The bowling alley was surprisingly easy, fun, and a great addition to the hotel experience! It was an unexpected amenity that made the stay even more enjoyable. The Executive Lounge was another standout, especially breakfast, with made-to-order eggs that were a lovely touch. Overall, the hotel offers a wonderful combination of relaxation, unique amenities, and lounge perks that make the stay feel like more than just a hotel visit. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

This particular location is in a great spot if you like to walk around and explore. There are a lot of boutique sort of restaurants in the area and you're only about 15 minutes from south beach for tons of shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself seems to be very well maintained and is beautiful. The gym is AWESOME! One of the best hotel gyms I've ever had available at a hotel-which is why I'm planning on staying there again. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a decent shower and full tub separately so that I could relax in the evening. The restaurant is what left something to be desired. Our breakfast experience was pretty awful so we didn't bother to try any other meal at the hotel. We spent the money to drive elsewhere as we didn't want to keep wasting our money on over priced food that wasn't cooked properly and were small portions.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami for a work trip and was impressed by the beautiful, upscale atmosphere and spacious accommodations. The downtown location was convenient, and the front desk staff was warm and helpful at check-in.|My 24th-floor room was considerably larger than a typical hotel room, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a nice city view, although part of it overlooked a rooftop. The bed was wonderfully plush and comfortable, and the large desk provided plenty of workspace. The bathroom was a standout, with a soaking tub, separate shower, and even a TV built into the mirror.|Room service took awhile, (I had to go down to the front desk to complete my order one of the evenings I was there) but attendants were friendly. There was a good selection available 24 hours. I tried both the burger and grilled cheese during my stay, and both were good.|A desk lamp and cosmetic mirror light weren't working when I arrived, but housekeeping responded promptly and replaced both. I also couldn't find an ice machine, which was a minor inconvenience.|Overall, this was an elegant, comfortable stay with the level of attentive service I would expect from a JW Marriott. A beautiful choice for a downtown Miami stay.

I stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami for a work trip and enjoyed a beautiful, upscale stay. The hotel is elegant and well located in downtown Miami, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. My room on the 24th floor (2422) was noticeably larger than a typical hotel room, with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great city view, although part of the view overlooked a rooftop. The room included a large desk with plenty of workspace, a large television, and an exceptionally comfortable, plush bed. The spacious bathroom felt especially luxurious, with both a soaking tub and separate shower, along with a TV built into the bathroom mirror. Room service was a bit slow, but attendants were friendly. I had to go down to the front desk to order one of the evenings there. There was a good menu selection available 24 hours. I tried both the kids' burger and grilled cheese during my stay, and both were good. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues—a desk lamp and cosmetic mirror light weren't working—but housekeeping responded promptly and replaced both. I also couldn't locate an ice machine, which was a small inconvenience. Overall, the JW Marriott Marquis delivered the polished atmosphere, spacious accommodations, and attentive service I would expect from a hotel in this class. It made for a comfortable and impressive stay in downtown Miami.

Stayed here for two nights last week for my company's client symposium — nothing but positive things to say if you're considering this hotel for a similar event. The meeting itself was held on the 5th floor, and the room setup was perfect for about 75 people. The catered breakfast and lunch were phenomenal, as was the dinner reception on the first floor. If you're coming for a short business stay like I was, I'd recommend Uber/Lyft — it's about a 15-minute drive. As a Titanium Elite member, I didn't get upgraded, but no big deal — the room was fantastic anyway. My status did get me access to the executive lounge, which was excellent: roomy, plenty of seating, and delicious food. The fitness facilities span two floors. The pool was under renovation during my stay, but the gym was huge with all the equipment you could need — and there's even a full basketball court, though I haven't hooped in 25 years!

We had a wonderful stay at the **JW Marriott Marquis Miami**. The hotel gave us many amazing memories. It is very clean, beautifully maintained, and offers stunning views of Miami's skyscrapers. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and spotless. The pool on the 19th floor offers outstanding views of downtown Miami, and the bartenders were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. We would also like to recognize Manager **Slav** at the restaurant on the second floor. He was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we had a great experience. His outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Slav, the pool staff, and the entire team for making our stay so memorable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Modern luxury with professional staff. Great spa and gym, although some of the equipment is getting a little worn. Comfortable bar and restaurant attached to lobby with delightful small plate and delicious seafood selections. Conference facilities are nice and functional with lots of nooks and crannies to hide in for work or phone calls. Game room was a nice surprise but we couldn’t figure out how to get access to many of the games. Pool are is clean and inviting. Great place to stay if you need access to this part of Miami.

Let’s just say that I have been a Marriott goal member for years, and therefore have stayed in many Marriotts in the past. However, this specific state here was and will always be a very member of one to my husband and I. Truth is we chose this location because it was five minutes away from a reputable Doctor’s office that I was coming to have surgery with. And we were extremely presently provided with superb hospitality. From the very beginning with the valet service guys to the front desk and the quality of the clean wide open rooms was a total pleasure. Also due to the day of my surgery and day after my stomach and strength were pretty weak and I’m forever grateful to have been help by the Mgr SLAL from the Met Cafe & bar and chef. As they went above and beyond to make me a Spanish soup, two days in a row and helped me recover. They were extremely accommodating and it’s very very nice in every sense. That you say that I highly recommend anyone looking to have a great experience overall to come stay here in this specific location and be treated with care and friendliness in all occupations. I would highly recommend it to anyone and we will for sure come back again hopefully soon! Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🙏💝
