We stayed at JW Marriott Miami for 1 day for our pre cruise stay. The hotel looks upscale the moment we walked in, there were staff at the drive through and lobby greeting as we walked in. The front desk staff was polite and professionally trained. They also helped keeping a parcel I shipped in few days before my arrival.|Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and roomy with an huge 65" TV. Beds are comfy, bathroom is good size also. We also visited the pool area and stayed there for a bit to enjoy the hotel facility. It wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon. My son had good time at the big swim pool. The hotel located at financial district so it was quiet on a Saturday, there are some eatery with 5 to 10 min walk. Best is the hotel did not charge resort or tourist fee like other hotels in Miami. We would come back next time we do a pre cruise stay 😎

I had a wonderful stay this past weekend and the staff could not have been kinder or more hospitable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they kept the common areas- the lobby, the pool and the gym immaculate. The valet staff was also really kind. I was waiting for an Uber at the end of my stay and they asked if I needed anything and offered me a bottle of water. Although the rooms were a bit dated, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I ordered late night room service and the pancakes were delicious. The man who answered the phone was so friendly and sociable and told me that I made a great choice with the pancakes as that was his favorite. Thank you for the great stay!

The staff everywhere but Terrace Cafe were fantastic. Breakfast at Terrace, although food was excellent the leadership team monopolized the staff so much so, some food items were never served, no coffee refills, and we did not feel welcomed. It was very strange and this occurred over 2 days of breakfast. Two different leaders for each day seemed to be more concerned talking to their team versus helping them serve guests.

The JW Marriott in Brickell is absolutely beautiful! The lobby is stunning, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and willing to go above and beyond to help. Sadly, I didn’t get anyone’s name, but everyone we interacted with made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a suite on the 20th floor. While the hotel itself is beautiful, I do feel the room could use some updating, especially for a JW Marriott. The carpet looked very dated, the sink faucets were tarnished, and the bedroom door would get stuck so badly that you almost felt like you were locked in—you really had to pull with all your might to get it open. There were definitely some great things about the room, though! The bed was super comfortable, and while the balcony itself was pretty plain, the views were AMAZING both during the day and at night. There was even a TV built into the bathroom mirror. It was a little hard to see, but still such a neat feature! The location is another huge plus. You’re in a prime location in Brickell and can walk to the Civic Center, and having a trolley stop right next to the hotel made getting around even easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, beautiful hotel, incredible views, and especially the wonderful staff were the highlights for us. With some updates to the rooms, this hotel could really match the luxury feel you get when you first walk into that gorgeous lobby.

I was apprehensive based on so many negative reviews.. the refreshed room was nice and quiet! Air condition was great- big bonus for that!!! Love the turn down service - excellent job. Breakfast was very very good - and easy to do quickly with eggs cooked fresh and bacon nice crisp quality! pancakes should be included and coffee could be much better though!!!! Bell personnel were the most outstanding- fast and the most friendly! Other Service needs help - I called 3 times for blankets - totally unacceptable - location perfect near Brickell -

I recently went to Miami for plastic surgery on August 4 and booked a room at the JW Marriott for my recovery because it was three blocks away from my surgeon. I hardly leave reviews, but I feel very compelled to do so as the staff at this hotel was absolutely incredible. From the valet who helped me get in and out of my Ubers post surgery and were very gentle and supportive. They even had a walker ready for me instantly. The room service attendants were also amazing, You could tell that they were genuinely concerned about my recovery And recommended things from their menu, which they thought would help like their chicken vegetable soup, Which they even insured to add extra broth and a little side of rice to help me feel better. Finally, the housekeeper was out of this world, She was the kindest person I have ever met. She checked on me daily and made sure to change the linens daily and constantly brought fresh towels, as well as many pillows to help me sit upright. We spent time chatting as she maintained my room, and God bless her because I felt like I was locked in a first class prison cause I was unable to move. Besides my husband, she was my other source of conversation. I’ll never forget her name, Inenia. Thank you so much to the staff, you guys are the A-Team. The hotel was obviously beautiful and clean and well but the staff really were the prize.

I had a great experience at JW Marriott. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was comfortable and elegant, and everything felt well organized. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would be happy to come back again.I suggest jw Marriott hotal.

I really enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Miami. I’ve stayed at JW properties before, but I was especially impressed this time by how refreshed and upgraded the rooms feel. Everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully done without losing that familiar JW Marriott feel. The room was really comfortable and felt like a nice place to come back to after a long day in Miami. I also appreciated how clean and well maintained everything was. Gym was well equipped and note it’s in brickwell so can get busy in rush hour to get there as well but lot of things to do around especially mall and other great restaurants around the area Couple of points for improvement is the lounge which can add more evening hot foods for Vegetarian and also increase the quality of breakfast as well, although it has a fresh omelets station but given the JW brand they could offer more like fresh juices or smoothies etc Staff at the hotel and lounge were polite and courteous and went out of their way for helping us Overall, I had a really great stay and honestly left feeling like the updates made a big difference. I’d definitely come back and stay here again the next time I’m in Miami with improved offerings in lounge
