Wow wow wow! We arrived at the Setai to spend 3 nights to complete our holiday to the Keys. We booked 3 rooms and all I can say is that this place is pretty perfect! From arrival the staff were second to none. They even knew our names as we arrived from the valet to the reception. The rooms are outstanding and the shower is better than any hotel we have ever stayed in! The little extras like the free caps and the turndown service are all wonderful touches which you expect from a 5* but don’t always receive! The pool staff were fantastic and the whole ambience of the hotel is relaxed and chilled. The cleaning staff were amazing too. All in all the whole experience was second to none. Would not not hesitate to visit again and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Never have I visited a hotel with such over the top service. From the moment you arrive (shoutout to Alejandro) to the moment you leave, service was beyond comparison. They had the perfect balance of being there for anything you need without being intrusive. Then you add the incredible comfortable rooms, restaurants and beach access. What more could you want on a getaway beach vacation. Will I return…YES. I am already planning my return visit.

Our stay at The Setai Miami Beach was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The combination of Asian-inspired design and Miami’s Art Deco character creates an atmosphere that feels elegant, peaceful, and completely unique. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The beach and pool experience was also exceptional. Having three beautifully maintained pools, along with a stunning beachfront and attentive beach service, made it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy every moment. We also loved the dining and overall atmosphere. Everything felt sophisticated without being pretentious, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. What really sets The Setai apart, though, is the hospitality. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our entire stay, and those personal touches are what make a luxury hotel truly memorable. The Setai is more than just a beautiful hotel—it is an experience. We left feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to our next visit. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend The Setai to anyone looking for an exceptional luxury experience in Miami Beach. Special mention to Andy at the pool, Rodrigo the Sales Manager , Lester in the lobby and Pablo. They are keen to detail and very hospitable

During Art Basel in 2012, we stayed at one of The Setai residences after finding a rate that would now be impossible to find. The price was absurdly low relative to the location, the size of the residence, and our access to all the hotel amenities. Even during one of Miami’s busiest weeks, the property felt tranquil, measured, and self-contained. The residence was enormous, with either two or three bedrooms and a wraparound balcony offering a gorgeous view of Miami Beach. Its design and materials conveyed a sense of serious luxury, while the hotel’s Asian-inspired interiors and reflection pools created an atmosphere unlike anything else on the strip. The scale was impressive, but every space still felt deliberate and composed. What I remember most clearly is swimming in the pool, eating at the restaurant near the beach (or maybe poolside?), and receiving gracious service throughout the stay. The Setai felt like a private island within Miami Beach, peaceful and protected from the commotion immediately outside. Today’s pricing is stratospheric, but the appeal is easy to understand. This is a genuine global icon and one of the most distinctive properties I have experienced. Highly recommended.

There are beautiful hotels, there are luxury hotels, and then there are places that somehow make you feel something. The Setai, Miami Beach is one of those rare places. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless. The atmosphere is stunning—elegant, serene, intimate and sophisticated without ever feeling pretentious. Somehow, The Setai manages to be in the heart of Miami Beach while feeling like you’ve escaped to a private sanctuary somewhere far away. The property itself is breathtaking, but what truly makes The Setai extraordinary is the service. Every interaction felt warm, gracious and genuine. The staff has mastered something that is surprisingly difficult to find, even at the most expensive hotels: anticipating what you need without ever making the service feel intrusive. You aren’t simply treated like a hotel guest—you are made to feel genuinely cared for. The pools, beach, landscaping and beautiful Asian-inspired design create such a peaceful environment that you almost forget you’re in Miami. There is an incredible sense of calm throughout the property. During the day, it feels like a luxurious tropical retreat; in the evening, the entire hotel transforms into something incredibly romantic and magical. And the attention to detail is exceptional. The little touches, the immaculate surroundings, the atmosphere, the food, the service—it all comes together in a way that makes you want to slow down and actually enjoy every moment. What impressed me most is that The Setai doesn’t need to try to feel luxurious. There is no flashiness or forced extravagance. It is quiet, confident luxury at its absolute best. We have stayed at many beautiful hotels, and it takes a lot for a property to truly stand out. The Setai did. It is the kind of hotel you leave already thinking about when you can return. It is romantic enough for a couple’s getaway, beautiful enough for a special celebration, peaceful enough when you desperately need to recharge, and special enough that the hotel itself becomes part of the memories you take home. If you are debating whether The Setai is worth it: book it. Some hotels give you a beautiful room and a nice vacation. The Setai gives you an experience you remember. An absolutely exceptional stay from beginning to end. 10/10. No hesitation. We will be back.

Every time I'm in town I make sure I visit or stay if available. This is what real 5 star service is all about. The impeccable rooms and views, the food and service and the design is truly what makes thw setai a 5 star hotel. I must add the guys at the bar: Michele and Domingo made it all a bit more special, they're friendly service and knowledge also there non menu related recomedations. And Mauricio too. They did a great job hiring the right people here they truly love what they do and you can tell.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at The Setai Miami Beach! From the food to the staff to the overall atmosphere, everything was incredible. This place truly goes above and beyond to make you feel taken care of. I’ll admit, before arriving I was a little concerned about the construction happening on either side of the hotel. I’m someone who would typically be bothered by something like that, but I can honestly say it was not an issue at all. The Setai has done such a beautiful job maintaining the peaceful, luxurious atmosphere that you can barely even hear it. The property is gorgeous, the service was exceptional, the food was amazing, and we genuinely had a blast. Every detail felt thoughtful and elevated. The Setai exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
