A wonderful hotel with the kindest staff - we arrived having lost our bag and passport. The staff offered sympathy, cold drinks to calm down and snacks whilst we tried to report it. Extra special thanks to Hajar (wonderful!) and John, along with other staff who rallied to help us. We got an upgrade to an amazing room with Jacuzzi, with a great view. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Super clean immaculate rooms, very comfortable. Great value and location very easy to find.

our first time trip to italy and milan was our first destination and i just want to say that Yasmina, Jhon, Sofia and the entire team was more than fantastic. from replying to our booking.com messages, to all the accommodations they provided (I can be pretty annoying and they have been more than wonderful) Honestly the location of the hotel is very good and the Staff is professional and very respectful. i stayed for 3 nights and 2 of those nights i requested coffee late at night and they were more than happy to help, i changed the arrival time twice and they accommodated me, on arrival we literally got to the room in less than 10 mins. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Atlantic Hotel gave us a very warm welcome. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to the hotel’s central location, getting around the city was extremely convenient. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The Atlantic Hotel (C-Hotels) in Milan is truly a great choice. It’s a 4-star hotel located right next to Milano Centrale station, which makes it super convenient for transportation and sightseeing. Mr. Dario at the reception is especially praised by many guests! People often mention his excellent, friendly, and extremely helpful attitude — he goes above and beyond to make guests’ stays comfortable. It’s wonderful to hear that the hotel management also maintains such high standards. If you’re planning to return to Milan or if friends/family are visiting, this kind of positive feedback is very valuable. I recommend leaving a review on Booking.com or Google Reviews — it helps other travelers and motivates the team.

We stayed at c-Hotels Atlantic for one night, as we needed to get up early to catch a train from Milano Centrale. The location of the hotel is excellent, on a side street that is quiet, yet very close to the central train station in Milan! There are plenty of restaurants nearby (including excellent vegan ones), and the Duomo and other main attractions are within walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly and even offered us a complimentary upgrade for our room. They were able to store our luggage as we arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and they were available to answer all our questions. The room was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities needed, including laundry service. Our room faced a lovely, quiet inner yard, and the overall atmosphere was serene. We will definitely come back to c-Hotels Atlantic on our next visit to Milan!

The stay itself was quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the beds were comfortable, and although our room was not the newest, it was clean, spacious, and had very good soundproofing. Unfortunately, the real problem started after I returned home. Since this was a business trip, I need an official hotel invoice for reimbursement purposes. During my stay, I was assured that there would be no issue issuing an invoice in my name. However, after my departure, I have contacted the hotel at least four times. My requests have either been ignored or I have only received invoices for the city tax instead of the full accommodation charge. This ongoing situation has caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration. It is disappointing that something so simple has become such a difficult process. Because of this experience, despite the positive aspects of my stay, I am unlikely to return to this hotel in the future.
