My daughter/Son-in-law's Wedding was absolutely beautiful, and we cannot say enough about the incredible team at InterContinental Montreal and Omega Design Events wedding coordinators. They were on top of every detail from start to finish, and anytime we needed something, they were right there making sure it was handled quickly and with care. The Food was fresh, flavorful, and enjoyed by everyone. Since we (the parents of the bride) couldn't be everywhere at once, we checked in with several guests afterward - every single one of them said the venue was stunning, the service was excellent, and the waitstaff was attentive and professional. Whatever guests needed, the staff provided without hesitation. Most importantly, the Bride and Groom were thrilled with how their special day turned out. We are truly grateful for the dedication and professionalism that made their wedding unforgettable.

THIS HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED!!!!! "This major renovation will require complete closure starting February 1st, 2026, for an indefinite period, currently estimated at between 14 and 18 months." Have stayed here in the past and it was quite nice. A renovation should make it that much nicer but it is closed now.

Very convenient location. Room was clean and decor looked fresh. Staff was super accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at the InterContinental Montreal. The hotel is beautiful, with stylish decor and a lovely atmosphere throughout. One of our favorite things was being able to step directly out into the connected mall, which was so convenient and especially nice when the weather was not ideal. The location is also excellent for exploring Montreal and getting around the city.

Exceptional Service That Keeps Me Coming Back This was my fifth stay at the InterContinental Montréal, and the reason I continue to return is because of the outstanding staff and excellent hotel facilities. In particular, Merien, Oriana, and Yasmine consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail make every stay feel welcoming and effortless. They truly set the standard for hospitality, and they deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication. Because of them and the high quality of the hotel, I will continue to choose the InterContinental Montréal and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Across from the convention center, near metro stations and within walking distance from the Notre Dame Basílica and the old port. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

An Outstanding Stay at InterContinental Montreal Our stay at InterContinental Montreal was truly exceptional. The hotel kindly accommodated us with an early check-in at 10:00 a.m., which was greatly appreciated, and a late check-out at 2:00 p.m. on departure day, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The front desk team provided consistently excellent service—professional, warm, and attentive. In the evening, a staff member thoughtfully followed up to ensure our comfort, a gesture that made us feel genuinely well cared for. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary drink at the hotel bar, which added a refined and welcoming touch to the experience. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, with high-quality offerings that reflected the hotel’s commitment to detail and guest satisfaction. Overall, InterContinental Montreal delivered a polished and memorable luxury experience, and we would gladly return.

We recently stayed at the InterContinental Montreal and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was both spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, offering easy access to many of Montreal’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. A special mention to the front desk agents, Jassem and Mariem, who were truly outstanding. They were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their hospitality left a lasting impression and made us feel very welcome. If there is one suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider updating certain areas of the hotel to reflect a more modern style. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return on our next visit to Montreal.
