From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and a beautiful smile. Ms. Geeta is an exceptional hostess. She is always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring towards the guests. Every time we saw her, she made us feel welcome and always took a moment to ask how we were doing and whether everything was okay. It is often the people who make a hotel stay truly special, and Ms. Geeta is definitely one of those people. Her wonderful personality and hospitality left a lasting impression on our entire family. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient, and the array of restaurants and shopping nearby was fantastic. Plus, they have a grand banquet hall! ✨ I can't wait to visit again! 💖

A special mention to **Geeta**, who was near the check-in point. She was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. Her way of handling guests and attention to detail really stood out. She was definitely one of the best staff members I interacted with during my stay. Excellent hospitality overall, and a big appreciation to Geeta for making the experience even better!

A huge shoutout to the staff at the Royal Club lounge, the Room Service team, and the kitchen crew at Citrus—everyone was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make our family farewell smooth and special.|If you are looking for top-tier hospitality and an stress-free stay near the airport, this is absolutely the place to book. I cannot recommend them enough!

Check-in took a bit, and staff interaction was low-key – not the warmest smiles or prompt replies. No biggie, though. Amenities and ambiance make up for it. The hotel's got character, and the location's decent. If you're looking for relaxation and solid food, might work. Would I go back? Yeah, for the breakfast buffet and that croissant. Service could use a boost, but overall, it's a solid choice for leisure. The pool area's nice, and good area to chill.
