We've been to St Regis several times and it was allways splendid, so we were expecting an above par hospitality, but this time the hospitality was at a different level as they outdid themselves. 💥We always request Master Chefs Mangesh and Chef Yogesh only to prepare our meal,as they do it to perfection. We relished the food 👌 💥Appreciate F&B Manager Mr Aniket V. , Mr Sumit B. from seven kitchens who catered to us very well. 💥Pianist Mr Steven Fernanades is an amazing passionate pianist and played our requests . We would highly recommend this property for its hospitality🩷.

I visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekday-weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but I normally eat the buffet at Seven Kitchen. It is superb, especially the Sunday Brunch. Excellent service too.

Lovely property, and luxurious rooms. A real five star stay. Good breakfast and a super friendly front desk team led by Angelina who made the stay and welcome special - thanks to all who looked after us so well. Pool, spa and gym also top notch. The butler service with chai, tea and coffee on demand was a super nice touch. Will make the St Regis my #1 choice for future trips to Mumbai.

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at The St. Regis Mumbai. There was a small hiccup during our stay, but what truly stood out was how promptly and sincerely the team stepped in to resolve it. Thankfully, everything was sorted smoothly, and we really appreciated the effort everyone put in to make sure we were comfortable. I would especially like to appreciate Parth Pachauri, Nikhil Parmar, and Dhananjay Chaurasia for their warmth, professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Their approach made a real difference and showed us that the team genuinely cares about the guest experience. Overall, I would happily give the hotel 100% feedback for the hospitality, service, comfort, and the way the team handled everything. Even when there was an issue, the way it was resolved left us with a very positive impression. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back again.

This is hands down the BEST hotel in Mumbai! We stayed here for 5 nights and boy were we happy! Right from the check in, to the swift introduction by our personal butler, the hotel only strives to make life easy for you! The first butler I interacted with was Romi - the day I checked in I had to immediately leave for some appointments and I had some things to be taken care of, Romi gave me her personal number and stayed in touch with me even from home after her shift. That is service that you only expect from excellence and what an introduction to the St. Regis caliber. She arranged my room change and my bag unpacking. Dermert was wonderful in helping me unpack. After that I met him in passing a few times during my stay and he would check-in with me, ask about my stay, and only be helpful with anything I needed. I also want to give a shout out to Sweta who helped my pack my bags upon check out. Sweta is such a friendly, helpful, and kind person. She was the best way to round up this wonderful stay! We had breakfast at the hotel for one of the days and came in touch with Aniket - super knowledgeable and entertaining. I hope I get to meet all of them on my next stay as I am DEFINITELY going to stay here again.

Had an excellent stay at The St. Regis Mumbai and the experience exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating a very special occasion for our family and the team made the stay feel thoughtful and memorable from start to finish. The room, service, hospitality, and overall experience were all excellent. A special mention for Priyanka from the Butler Service team. She arranged a beautiful bouquet, cupcakes, and thoughtful gifts which added such a personal touch to our stay. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out and made the celebration feel even more special. Thank you to Priyanka and the entire St. Regis team for creating such wonderful memories. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had an excellent three-night stay at The St. Regis Mumbai. I can't say enough about the exceptional hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Many of the staff greeted us both by name, and the hostess at Seven Kitchens even knew our room number before I had a chance to mention it. The team also surprised us with a beautiful welcome platter at breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. A heartfelt thank you to everyone from housekeeping, The Drawing Room, Seven Kitchens, the gym, and the spa for making our stay so enjoyable. A special shout-out goes to Sohan from the Concierge team, who managed to secure us a last-minute reservation at the highly sought-after Bombay Canteen (St Regis staff also informed us of the dress code). We truly appreciated him going above and beyond for us. The location is another huge plus. The hotel is directly connected to Phoenix Palladium (check out Ishaara and The Bombay Sweetshop), making it incredibly convenient to explore some shops and restaurants. Overall, this is one of—if not the best—hotels we've ever stayed at. The outstanding service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our visit truly unforgettable!

We had a wonderful 7-night stay in Mumbai celebrating our wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, while still feeling personal—the team took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, we had a fantastic time. While we did encounter a few issues during our stay, these were quickly resolved once management stepped in, which we really appreciated. The restaurants at the hotel are excellent, offering a great variety of cuisines, and we really enjoyed the food throughout our stay. The pool area is also very nice and a great place to relax. Another big plus is the hotel’s location right next to a mall, which was very convenient. A special mention goes to our butler, Sweta, who truly elevated our experience. She was attentive, thoughtful, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. We would also like to recognise Aniket, the manager at Seven Kitchens during breakfast, who was equally exceptional in his service. Both Sweta and Aniket made such a positive impact on our stay that they are a big reason we would choose to return. Their level of care and dedication made our anniversary celebration even more memorable.
