The staff has been very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was excellent with great variety available. Comfortable beds in clean rooms waited for us. The only downside was the small pool with no age restrictions. For example, there were a group of very loud children playing in the pool at 22:00, hence no chance for a quiet swim....

Lovely helpful staff, particularly Andrea on reception. Clean room with nice decor. Turn down service was a pleasant surprise! Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was really nice with plenty to choose from. Only downside was the gym which was tiny (one bench, dumbbells up to 14kg, one treadmill and a cross trainer). |Tram stop was almost right outside the hotel.|Thank you for a great stay!

A great location near Central Bus station. A very calm and cosy room with all necessary items. We had a swimming pool access, sauna and gym. Sauna and gym ware small but the opening time till late in the evening is a big advantage compariing to other hotels. |A delicios breakfast buffet in the morning made our stay excellent.

Very accessible from the station with McDonald and grocery store at ZOB. Tram station right next to the hotel. The breakfast place is very spacious, with plenty choices. The room itself is also quite spacious compared to other hotels with similar prices.

It's actually crazy that they kept my shampoo and conditioner bottles (which were full) that I forgot to pick up. I called them that same night, they hanged up after making me wait 5 minutes on the phone not responding, and, the next day, my friend went to get them and they told him they didn't find anything in the room. The cleaning lady who kept my stuff is gonna have nice hair for the upcoming months. Genuinely how is this place 4 stars.

Modern, clean and quiet inside and out! Friendly and helpful staff! Location is great, tram is just outside while train and bus are just 5 minutes away in Hackerbruke station! Will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, and honestly it was a very bad experience. First, the towel heater in the bathroom was not working. We informed the staff several times and asked them to send someone to fix it, but nobody came. We had this issue for almost two days without any solution. Second, from the moment we arrived, there was a loud electrical-like noise coming from the air conditioner. We informed the staff and they sent someone to check it, but he simply said that the AC was cold and working fine, which was absolutely not true. The air conditioner was blowing hot air the entire time. It was so uncomfortable that we had to sleep without blankets because the room was too hot. Another issue was the hotel’s cleaning policy. They leave a small card in the room saying that if guests want the sheets or blankets changed, they should place them on the pillow. We followed the instructions, but unfortunately nothing was changed and they left the same blanket again. What shocked us the most was when we opened the blanket and found a large blood stain on it. This is completely unacceptable, disgusting, and extremely unhygienic. I have never experienced this level of poor cleanliness in any hotel before. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and definitely not worth it.
