Good location for any transiting passengers, checkin was quick and smooth. The front desk lady (pity that I forgot her name) was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was much better than many other similar hotels in Germany. Option of the live counters were really good. Facilities in the room could have been a bit better like providing bathrobes, water bottles also for non-members. Otherwise room was well equipped and modern.

The hotel is between the two terminals. Exit terminal one. Follow the signs for Terminal 2. Step outside into a covered huge courtyard with restaurant, neon lights on buildings, and walk towards Terminal 2. Look to the left. It will be pressed up against Terminal 2 building. The Hilton Hotel sign and entry. Walk in. There's an elevator. Find the up button. When you're tired it feels hidden. The sign for the floors feels like a touch screen. It isn't. Go up to the lobby and check in. Buy your water in the lobby if needed. It's slightly cheaper than in the room. Great check in, they increased the numbers because the waiting line was getting longer. Professional staff and good welcome. Maybe because it was late, the green elevator did not go up at all. I walked the 3 flights upstairs. Perhaps it's an electrical thing. My room was exquisite ❤️ spacious, perfect temperature, automatic lights, easy switches, many outlet plugs, large windows, heavy curtains. Super quiet room. I didn't hear anything. Luxurious. I slept deeply and felt well rested. The bed was comfortable. I fell asleep immediately. Enjoy!

The hotel is just located next to terminal 2 of the airport. It is super convenient for travelers who have early flights. The room is clean and spacious. The products including shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are crab tree Evelyn which are nice. Water bottles are provided with fee charged unless you are a silver or gold member.

When catching an early flight out of Munich, this is the perfect place to stay. You can't get more convenient than this! From stepping out of our room to the Delta check-in counter was a little less than 10 minutes. The staff here are very friendly and helpful with directions to shopping, dining, and airport access. The Executive Lounge was really nice to unwind a bit after a drive from Amberg. I got an upgraded room (Lifetime Diamond benefit) to an Executive Suite. VERY nice room!!! Spacious with multiple areas for work, relaxing, and sleep. My next trip in/out of Munich will definitely be at the Hilton Munich Airport!

Really enjoyed my stay at Hilton Munich Airport. We stayed in a King Executive Runway View which had windows on two sides giving great views of one of the runways there. The room was modern, clean and comfortable and is probably the rest room I have stayed in, in recent years and included an impressive bathroom which included both a bath and stand alone shower. The hotel is quite vast and there was a bit of a walk to the central area with the reception restaurant, but nothing that would phase most people. I loved that we could easily walk to Terminal 2 and the shops and restaurants between the terminals from the hotel. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service by Murtaza Salihu who was a wonderful person working at the pool and Spa. He was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will be back for sure. Rooms are nice and updated. Very convenient location and five minutes walk to check in gate. Hotel staff helped us with our luggage and walked with us to check in and drop off luggage.

Wonderful stay at the Hilton in Munich. There were a few events on while we stayed, so it lent itself to a great buzz in the building. Staff were beautiful, impeccable, smartly dressed and so very polite. I loved the food & drink supplied and hope to stay again.

This hotel is a cut above the rest for a business meeting and the service provided before, during and after the event, Daria Ryman is a superstar 🌟and supported us through every detail with such efficiency. We had details of the room layout unique to our event, we chose the WiFi code for our guests, we even selected the chairs for the meeting. Small details but the detail is important. We met the chef to discuss the menu and final details, our meeting was small only 35 persons but everyone took the time to make it a success. Every member of staff we encountered was so helpful even those who were not directly involved with our event would stop and enquire if they could help. The hotel is a gem 💎 This is a meeting we run annually all over the world and this hotel stands out as excellent. We will definitely return. Thank you 🙏🏼 for making my job easier, seamless and fun !
