We had an amazing stay at Kreis Residenz Hotel! ❤️ What made our stay truly special was the wonderful Kreis family. Every morning, we were warmly attended to during breakfast by the owner, Corina herself, together with her son Kevin. Their warmth, friendliness, and humble hospitality were truly impressive — they made us feel completely at home. Our Executive Suite was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Most of the facilities and equipment looked almost brand new! I especially loved the balcony, where I could enjoy my morning coffee while watching the beautiful sunrise. ☕🌅 A wonderful stay with genuine family hospitality. We will definitely come back to Kreis Residenz Hotel whenever we visit Munich again. Highly recommended! 🇲🇾

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel in Munich. The hotel was beautiful, and the room was spacious and truly lovely. The breakfast was excellent and varied. During my stay, I had my birthday, and the hotel prepared a wonderful surprise for me – the room was decorated with balloons, and the entire staff congratulated me during breakfast. The waiters and kitchen team prepared a beautiful birthday surprise, decorated the table, brought a cake, and I also received a kind letter on behalf of the whole hotel. It felt very personal, and I truly appreciate it. ❤️😊 The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, both at the reception and during breakfast. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist at check-out, who was very kind, professional, and made the end of our stay even more pleasant.😊 Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Germany. The property is exceptionally clean, with beautifully designed, spacious rooms furnished with great attention to detail and excellent taste. The breakfast was outstanding-rich, diverse, and truly delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. What truly set this experience apart was the hotel owner. She is a genuinely warm, kind, and service-oriented person who goes above and beyond for her guests. During our stay, there was a public holiday and all the nearby supermarkets were closed. She generously provided us with everything we needed and only charged a very minimal fee. This level of care and hospitality made our stay especially memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

I visited this hotel for a meeting with a friend who was here for the ESC conference . The place is spotless , the reception cozy and colorful , the staff members cordial and assists guests above hospitality standards . The rooms are good and spacious . More on function over luxury design DNA . There is a bus station in the proximity and it’s useful to reach . The place is within 2 kms from the messe and offers shuttle services too . That’s an above and beyond offer . Overall great experience and highly recommend.

We’ve only just checked in, but our first impression has been excellent. We were kindly upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen, which was a wonderful surprise. The team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking the time to explain the city, recommend local food spots, and suggest places to visit around Munich. Their friendly service has made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Run by Mr Dan Kreis ,wife and family. The whole family very friendly and helpful. Checkin and check out smooth. Good place for those looking for halal breakfast in Germany. Rooms also nice. Also help in keeping luggage while we sightseeing as our flights was night time

I had a great stay in one of the Executive Rooms, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the underfloor heating that runs throughout the entire unit, including the bathroom. It was my first time experiencing this, and it made the room feel very cozy; plus, you can easily adjust the temperature to your preference. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a half-sized refrigerator. The service here is great. While they don't have a traditional guest laundry room, the friendly staff took care of my clothes for just 8 Euros. I gave them about 7-8 items, and they were washed, dried, and folded within 6 hours with no hassle. As for breakfast, it is a decent low-range spread. It isn't "fancy" and could use a few more fresh fruit options, but it gets the job done if you just need a quick coffee and a bite to start your day. There is no lobby, but the rooms are quite big. Location wise, the hotel is situated away from the busy city center, which I preferred for the quiet atmosphere. Parking is very convenient right outside the building and costs only 7 Euros per day. Overall, I was very satisfied with the value and the comfort provided here. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
