Hopefully, as many people as possible will come and read this! I recommend skipping this hotel and looking for another one. I’ve stayed in so many different hotels, motels, and Airbnbs, but this one tops the list of the absolute worst. We had booked a hotel for four people for two nights. After arriving at the hotel room, we noticed there was no hand soap or toilet paper. There were dirty shower towels left behind by the previous guest. The other bed hadn't been made at all. There was hair on the shower floor. It was dirty in general. The cleaner had left the job unfinished. We complained to the receptionist about this three times. Three times! And only on the third attempt did they agree to bring the bed linen and take away the used shower towels. We had to buy our own hand soap, and we fetched toilet paper from the cleaner's cart, which was sitting in the middle of the hallway. There was no air conditioning or fan. We had to keep the window open at night, and the street was very noisy. What was most annoying was that the receptionist didn't take the matter seriously. We would have liked to enjoy the hotel room after our journey. I hope no one goes there. You'll find plenty of much better ones!

Close to the central station - that's it. Sorry, but I never ever have seen before... Google not allowed to name things as it is. You can imagine what I've seen from previous guest in the toilet, because the flush is not working well enough. Ok, positive thing: check-in was possible earlier then official 16:00 Breakfast relatively good.

I already became a regular guest at this hotel. The hotel is positioned very close to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made it easy for me to reach the hotel straight off the train. Check in was straightforward, and I very like the reception staff, who are always very kind and welcoming. The rooms are contemporary and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. Regular housekeeping was provided as expected. A substantially good stay for a great price.

My reservation made through Hotels.com was not found in the hotel's records. They claimed I was a "no-show" because I arrived late and refused to provide the room. We were left completely stranded. The receptionist's rudeness was beyond description. I would never recommend this place. I did not even get to see the rooms, but the awful condition of the entrance alone was more than enough. Horrible! We booked for 3 nights but only managed to stay one! Very dodgy street, reception is not very professional. The room is in terrible condition, full of dust, the toilet didn't flush properly, there were no bath towels, and there were cigarettes on the floor. Horrible! DON'T COME!

No elevator can use. But reception is nice change from 6th floor to 2nd floor. Otherwise I have a lot of luggage. 😅. & No air comdition. Furniture sofa and desk is poor. Down stairs (grand floor) is street food. The food smell will bring to up stairs. Everything depends on price. If price lower, than it’s acceptable. If for higher budget of course can choice better one.

The entrance is through the kitchen of a kebab store. The elevator was broken and there was no AC. We had to leave the windows open, but the room was in front of a busy street. Lots of car horns. The room smelled like kebab. Staff is uninterested Location is a bit shady but you’re in the city centre within 15 minutes walking distance. Don’t expect too much when you’re there. The price is good. It’s cheap. Location is nice. Shower was cold and the lights didn’t work.

The location was more than perfect For the room: It needed a MORE powerful fan, and the fridge wasn't working. For the service: It was descent, and the receptionist was welcoming.
