Really disappointing experience. Greeted by a very rude man when checking in. Having arrived early couldn't check in until 15:00 which is understandable however it was €6 per bag you wanted to store prior to checking in. After checking in, our room had no body wash in the shower or hand wash. This also wasn't reaolved the next day after housekeeping had been done. Resulted in us having to go and ask at reception for it. I stayed in a third floor room which was like a sauna given the weather, unfortunately only a small fan to use. Appreciate they can't control this however as there are only two sockets in the room it was very ineffective. The breakfast was very poor. No selection and the drink options often empty. The location was close to the train station, however there is a strip club located either side and opposite the hotel, attracting unfavourable people. It did not feel safe to leave the hotel at night as there were groups of men loitering. There is a small little walk through to the entrance where there was a male urinating. Ideal if you need a place to sleep for a night but wouldn't suggest staying here for longer than that.

We stayed in this hotel 26th to 28th June of 2026. Location undoubtedly very good, but the service of the hotel management is beyond mark. In bathroom at shower area they kept only empty shampoo (Shower gel) pot (Having no shampoo)!!! TV remote not worked due to damage batteries; so, we have to operate TV by handling buttons manually. After informing these lacks to hotel reception, no action taken ! ! 😂

The hotel closes its doors at 12am and reopen at 7am .. so on my first day i arrived at 12.10 am and couldn't check in and i had to find another place to sleep. They refused to let me have my breakfast because they have a policy that forbidden taking your personal handbag that includes my wallet and mobile inside the restaurant. The 7th floor is not accessible with the elevator.. you take it to the 6th floor and then take the stairs to the 6th floor. Staff are very rude and careless

location ok as close to the central train station. However the room amenities are suck! No water, kettle, cup, tooth brush, AC nor a simple fan. I wonder how they expect the guest to bear the heat during summer? The staff told me to open the window but it was so noisy facing the street. I stayed in a similar hotel nearby but at least they provide a fan.

Honestly, the reviews scared me and I almost regretted booking this place just because it was cheap. The bad: the old elevator confused me at first (you have to close the outer gate first), the neighborhood is noisy at night, and the hot water can be inconsistent. That said, maybe because my expectations were so low, it ended up better than expected. The room was small but clean, bed was comfortable enough, free breakfast and the location was very convenient. For the price, it felt fair. Definitely not luxury, and I’d bring earplugs, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as some reviews made it sound.

The room were dirty even after room cleaning. The reception was terrible on service mind and rude. The shower door was broken and the toilet flushing was blocked and reception said can’t do anything until morning. The surrounding noise was there all the time which had police every night came. (We stayed 4 nights) Randomly found towels wont replaced and no glass in the room.

Honestly I don’t think here can be called a hotel legally, it’s less than a motel. The rooms floor was full of brown spots, the shower didn’t had warm water, the door of the shower was broken and I got stuck in there cold. The rooms didn’t had anything, no fridge, no slippers or toothbrush, no kettle, and even no cups. When I tried to borrow a cup from reception for tea, he said we needed to pay 5 euros for each cup that we borrowed 🤐like seriously? never heard of such a thing in any place in Europe. Also we booked 5 rooms so not even considering being nicer. The only hotel staff who was nice was Saman, the others were rude and couldn’t speak English really. The elevator was not even going until our floor so we had to take the stairs which was painful considering my backache. The only good thing about this place was that it was in centrum, although It was very loud at night and we could barely sleep. And don’t even think about privacy, you can hear every little talk from all the rooms
