Especially in a situation like a room change, you should feel well taken care of, and it’s disappointing that this wasn’t the case for you. Thank you as well for mentioning the noise. Depending on the room location, this can occasionally happen, but it makes it all the more important for us to react quickly and find a suitable solution, we’re glad the room move worked out in the end. Our gym in the lobby is intentionally designed as an open space for easy access, though we completely understand that this might not suit everyone.
