Very helpful staff. The area where the hotel is present contains shops, fast food restaurants, grocery stores, copy center, and many other businesses that will make your life easy. Rooms are clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel, especially since it’s right in the heart of the city. Our three-night stay was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly helpful, and they even arranged a city tour for us at a very reasonable price. Mr. Ahmed at the front desk was always smiling and ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was a bit small, but it was still enjoyable.

Positive stuff: this is a fairly quiet hotel and we've stayed here three times. It doesn't look great on the outside but the rooms are decent, clean and large. The room price is reasonable and the Middle Eastern restaurant food is nice. The rooftop pool is small but lovely. The staff are polite and helpful. There is a western style restaurant across the road. There is a large western style, expensive mall a 30 minute walk away. Negative stuff: there's nowhere nice to walk close to the hotel as the sidewalks are broken and desert dust is everywhere. People sometimes smoke by the rooftop pool and sometimes kids are loud there. There is no bathtub but that is typical for this price range. It's slightly dangerous to walk in this area and you have to have your wits about you.

Their plumbing system was not functioning well, causing us to keep the water running for a long time to get hot water, which was frustrating. Additionally, their receptionist was not very helpful, which made the experience even more challenging.

This hotel is simply amazing! This is my personal experience! I stayed at this hotel during my 3-day visit to Oman! Very comfortable hotel. The breakfast is very good! The location is easily accessible and surrounded by supermarkets and hotels to have food! This hotel is attached to a Turkish restaurant where you can have yummy shwarma and Baklava! I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you come to muscat!
